I was disappointed to hear DSG put a national pause on offering military discounts. This was a reason I choose Dicks over other competitors. I
hope they honor our military by bringing this discount back soon. On another note, Ray had outstanding customer service. He called me Sir and asked how I was doing while I was choosing an item. I showed him two products I needed and he personally walked me to both areas making my shopping experience efficient. This level of customer service is uncommon and refreshing. Kudos to Ray for representing the store well.

Customer service sucks one person on register for a long line but you got multiple loss prevention walking around not doing anything it’s funny they need to be helping at check out

Went here with every intention of buying the new Taylormade driver and no one ever helped me out after waiting around for 10 minutes. Even after asking the employees at the front desk if they could simply unlock a club, they said to wait for the “golf expert”, even after I told them I already had something picked out and was ready to buy it. 0/5 experience, will be happily purchasing elsewhere.

Gotten a few pairs of shoes here. Employees help out getting your shoe sizes pretty quickly. No lines for check out. Not the biggest fan of dicks corporate but this is a good store

We try not to order every last thing on Amazon, but 45 minutes and counting to get cleats… there appears to be one employee getting shoes.
There has to be a better way.

Do not trust the website inventory. A salesperson, who'd done all she could to find an item their website said was in stock, told me this themselves. Kind of defeats the purpose of a website.

Chantelle was horribly rude. My item did not have a tag which led to me waiting almost 20 minutes. When I asked if it was possible for her to put a new tag on it (It’s a gift so I wanted to have it been returnable.) she stated she could not so I asked if I would still be able to return it and she said “if you would let me finish” in a very sassy tone. Along with this she made snarky remarks and didn’t even apologize for the almost 20 minute wait. Very disappointing. (ps. they don’t have swim stuff available in cold months)

This store has several employees walking around doing nothing! The lines at registers are long! This doesn’t make sense. If you order online just know they have a online order pick up area separately and hidden on side store. I waited forever in main register line to be told to go to separate area and wait again in another long line. Mind you i checked in online! Get to register and they still searching for my item at register? Organization lacks here!2 stars only for product.They need online order pickup signs and instructions at each entrance and registers!! PLEASE

Mulled over the purchase of a Sole F80 Treadmill from Dick's Sporting Goods in Crofton, Maryland. Finally decided to go ahead with the purchase. Cheapest way to acquire the purchase was to borrow a truck, purchase from the local Dick's sporting Goods store and tote it come from there. Borrowed truck all lined up, support to help me unload it from the store, and confirmed with sales person that the item was in stock. Purchased online... one hour later, i get the text that the item ISN'T IN STOCK. Way to go Salesperson, way to go Dick's. So much for checking stock beforehand. This store sucks. They obviously don't care about service.
