I recently had a state inspection done and these guys made the process so easy. I dropped my car off and they got it done very quickly. Highly recommend this place !

I called to see if they do inspections for foreign vehicles and they said yes. I brought in the car and I had left for two minutes and they called and said they wouldn't do it because it's a historical vehicle (mind you I told them what year it was when I called). They said their state police contact told them it needed to be a historical vehicle inspection (no such thing exists) and did not offer and solutions (the front desk girl was almost happy to tell me they wouldn't help).
I went to AAA down the street and they helped me out in a minute and set me up with an appt at the MVA the next day. In retrospect the historical plates are better but this shop's attitude is garbage.

I chose edelens because of their amazing reviews .the front desk staff is amazing on calls. I had alot of work my kia soul needed. I forget her name I'm sorry but she answers the phones and she was so patient I had alot of questions and she explained to me what was what and pricing etc. The towing arrived earlier than expected and managed to get my car to start to move and tow he was very kind and communicated well. After my service and my car was fully repaired with many new services I had got my gear shift stuck. They immediately came to my location and got it right and running in seconds. I was just scared to force anything. I believe this is family owned which I love to support. But regardless I had two separate situations w my husband and father I mentioned while just during our call and she was so sweet to wish my family well wishes on top of her awesome customer service. I appreciated their opinion and pricing with all that my vehicle needed and I feel safe knowing I also have warranties with everything I got done. Thanks edelens I hope I never need u for major services again but if I do need anything I'll be back ?
