Was getting my vehicle washed and needed an oil change. I normally frequent Valvoline previously and wanted to find a new place to have my vehicles serviced with oil changes. There was a jiffy lube next door and I decided to give them a chance. When I first got there the young lady was very nice and welcoming while collecting my vehicles info and told me to go inside and that my vehicle should be done in about 15 minutes. After awhile I was called to the front desk to go over my service charges and my final bill. I understand that they upsell and that is part of their job. What I DO NOT like is the fact that after my vehicle was done, I was told that my battery had died and that they had to jump start my truck to give it back to me. I was told that they would gladly replace it for me , no problem 0_o. I purchased my battery from AutoZone under warranty and decided to let them replace it for me. Upon getting to AutoZone to have my battery tested , I turned off and started vehicle several times without any issues. The AutoZone tech tested my battery and told me that my battery, starter and alternator were all fine and my battery was charged to 78%. I called back to jiffy lube not happy because I thought that it was ridiculous that they would lie to me to just sell and replace my battery. I call that stealing, I spoke to the manager Ashley also and she endorsed her employees actions and told me that “ you know sometimes batteries are real finicky” . The fact that my vehicle has only been finicky at jiffy lube in the last 3 years is concerning to me!!! I will NEVER take another vehicle of mine to that location for any reason. They are not honest, nor trustworthy and the management covers for them. So I guess the deceit is a group effort. Lesson Learned!!!!

I had an exceptionally good experience at Jiffy Lube Gambrills this morning. The manager was extremely kind and knowledgeable, and kept me updated and informed. They always provide recommendations based on the manufacturer and solutions at a cost much less than the dealer. They get you exactly what you need, in an unbeatable timeframe.

As always Above and Beyond made me and both my little dogs feel welcome and at home. They were in need of vaccinations and care from an earlier large dog attach. They had been seen at am Emergency Vet Hospital and needed staples removed. Wonderful care wonderful people.

I skipped a bunch of other Jiffy Lubes to hit up this specific one. My main gripe, which probably isn't their fault, is the price tag for all the services. Took my 2020 Honda Accord in this week and got an oil change, tire rotation, and both air and cabin filters changed. The bill? A whopping $250. These are basic services, but wow, that's pricey.
On the bright side, the customer service was top-notch, and everyone was super friendly. I'd give them five stars for that, but the steep prices knock it down to four. That's just my reality and experience.
