Labcorp has been extremely unreliable and completely unresponsive. Their handling of critical health services is so poor, it would be more fitting for them to run a plumbing business than a company people rely on for their health.

I have been to several area LabCorp locations, and this one is my favorite. Clean, polite and efficient staff, kind and skilled phlebotomists--all around great location. They are the most prompt I've seen with honoring appointments. Without an appointment, expect to spend 45-60 minutes here during busy times, just like (or better than) any lab.
Edit 6/10/2025: Just took my special needs son here, and they did a fantastic job! Juliesa was patient, careful, and so fast! Everyone was polite and caring to my anxious son. We were seen promptly, and the option to wait in the car worked really well. Still my favorite LabCorp!

Had a terrible experience at this LabCorp location. Staff was rude and showed no respect for appointments. I had an 11:30 AM appointment but wasn’t seen until 1 PM. Clearly, they can’t manage schedules or treat patients professionally.

Currently sitting in an exam room for over 20 minutes and nobody has been by. Waiting room is full and people keep getting called back but nobody is drawing blood. Staff is consistently rude every time I visit but that seems to apply to all Labcorp locations.

Everyone there is always easy to work with and it’s never a long wait, even as a walkin. I have tiny little veins and hate getting my blood drawn but they always do such a good job, especially Julie. This location isn’t the closest labcorp to my house but it’s always my first choice for labs.

Run the lady working today is terrible. I have had many blood draws she is the worst. Jammed the needle in my arm had to keep moving it around to get the vein. Then told me it was the needles fault. Such a bad attitude and worst draw ever.

Unprofessional office. The people who work here are abrupt. People are left sitting in the lobby with no one at the front desk. Since this was my first visit at this location, I wasn’t aware of the issues here. Now that I know, I will visit another location.

Terrible and disorganized doesn't do it justice. The check-in procedure is broken. They force you to use tablets that rarely function properly. There is always *one* person running the whole show. Doing all the blood draws, drug tests, etc. You stand around and wait for ages only for them to tell you to wait some more. They constantly bill incorrectly and it's almost impossible to fix it.
The person who works here is trying and polite at least. No issue with them, just the organization in general is poor.

Yes i was at the crofton location and I went to the wrong entrance upon arrival unknowingly. I assumed the location was closed It was 925 am and when I called to ask if anyone could assist there was no answer on the phone. I then sat there for 4 min thinking someone should show up soon after a while I went to the door again . I was at the correct address, the label on the door said Lab Corp and it was the correct suite #. So knocked a little harder on the door and pulled on the locked door to see if anyone was there to respond. The lab tech opened the door and said ur at the wrong entrance, you enter from the other side of the building rather rudely. There was no indication that there was another entrance as I had parked on the opposite side of the building in which the Lab Corp was located inside in front of the adrdress according to my GPS and accidentally knocked on the wrong door. I didn't get seen well until after 930 after waiting another 15 min until I was seen. I didn't get out of there until after 10 am. Mind you this after arriving at another location at 9am only to be told they don't do employee drug screens at that location until 10 am and I drove 18 miles to this location only to go through this.

Sorry to say I had the worst experience with the front desk named Julie as she says her name was today!! This was 05.31.2024 @ 1:20pm. Just for a quick stop in I wanted to check whether or not I needed to fast for my bloodwork as I had just been notified on my patient portal that something had been sent into LabCorp. When I got there, they girl was helping another guest and when she finished with her; she never even acknowledged me and called up the next guest for their appointment. I said excuse me hello, I just wanted to ask a quick question; "Would you be able to help me in finding out if I needed to fast for my upcoming lab work/ appointment with you all on Monday. She preceded to say, "I can't do that you have to check in for me to do that." A full visit and hours wait to see if I need to fast. haha. really.
I have never heard of such!!!! She was verry rude and nasty and I will never go that site again!!! I will pray for her soul.

Had a 1030 appointment and checked in online. 10 min later they put me in a room and then forgot about me. They even sent 3 other patients to my room like it was empty.
