Every time I go here, the staff are attentive and friendly. They listen when I express what I need and give very clear guidance. I make an appointment every time I go and in the past I’ve had longer wait times, but recently I’ve been seen either at or before my time.

Refused to do bloodwork because the order said "any lab" and sent us elsewhere. Awful service.

If you are coming here for employment drug testing you should be aware that drug testing ends at 1:00 p.m., which is not on their website. A fact they openly admit to. Don't try calling to find out that information because they don't answer the phone and they also don't respond to any voicemails left with those kinds of questions. Staff are also rude and unprofessional. I would advise having testing of any kind done at a different location if you are able.

Avoid this place, at all costs. Long story long, they were supposed to draw blood for my 14 and 12 year Olds. After drawing from my 14 year old they had him just get up and stand in the room while they went to draw blood from my 12 year old -- no instructions or offer to go sit down somewhere after giving all that blood (there were no extra chairs in the room). Of course he got lightheaded, passed out, and then siezed, which caused my already nervous 12 year old to do the same in the lab chair. We get my 14 year old into a separate room to lay down and the employee that drew the blood comes in and basically starts blaming us -- "don't have them fast if they don't need to" (doctor explicitly told us they had to fast), drink lots of water, and other excuses to absolve herself of all blame for their straightforward negligence. When I told her we wouldn't make them fast if we weren't told to she insisted they didn't need to and that sometimes patients just assume they have to when they have lab work. She basically did everything not to acknowledge that, as a medical professional, it is her responsibility to monitor her patients and not neglect them by making them stand after giving blood. After she took the blood she told him he was done and to stand up for his sibling and just left the room , without any further instruction. What's worse, after I got my 14 year old to the other room, nobody ever came back to check on him. They told my wife we could go. He just had a seizure and they didn't check a single vital, let alone even look at him before having him leave their facility. Unbelievable experience. As I said, avoid at all costs as they do not follow any semblance of procedures I've ever seen at any lab or medical facility. I would be especially afraid for elderly patients to go here alone.

Front desk staff is exceptionally rude and unhelpful. Every time we come they claim a "paperwork issue" despite it being a standing order. The Dr. Office has had to call and resend the order multiple times already. Time to find a new lab. Too bad, as this is close and should be a 10 min process for my child.

My husband went in for a drug test and the lady was mumbling a name more than 3 times, and as he was the first one there he decided to go up and see what name she was calling. They buzzed him in without saying anything, and so he opened the door and when he got through the door, they decided to be rude and say “Are you LINDA?!” Obviously he wasn’t, so they told him to go back out the door and sit down. Fine, but don’t buzz him in then? Then he wasn’t sure if he was even checked in because people who got there after him were going in before him and it didn’t seem as though there was any appointments that could be made. So he went up to ask, and they told him before he could ask “We know you’re here sir, go sit down and be patient” without even answering his question. However, on the brighter side, he mentioned the tech who took his test was really nice and was the only one who made it an eh experience rather than a completely awful one.

I came in and wanted to check if a lab request came through BEFORE I went ahead and checked in. I was reprimanded by the front desk to check in at the kiosk and wait to be seen. Wait time was 45 mins but I'm not staying that long for what could have been taken her 5 mins to look up. I used to work for LabCorp, I should have figured I was still being poorly managed in this sector.

Great experience. Was seen on time for my appointment and done within 10 minutes. The technician did a great job on the blood draw.

This lab is not sanitary nor COVID-safe. Proper procedures were not followed.*I was instructed to remove my mask so that the employee could "see my face." I stated that I am in a high-risk population and didn’t feel comfortable removing my mask. She said I could not do the test unless I “pulled my mask down.” Considering this is a high-traffic, enclosed space, I was put at risk.*I was instructed to leave my purse, unattended and unsecured on the phlebotomy chair while I collected my sample. Typically, there is a lock box available at other labs.*There was urine on the bathroom floor.*After passing my sample to the employee, she told me not to wash my hands until she gave me permission to.*While inputting my information into the computer, she sat my urine sample on the desk on top of her mousepad.*There were several urine samples on the counter, next to the sink instead of being placed in secure, sanitary location.*The employee was unpleasant and seemed annoyed. Simply barked directives.*After the entire ordeal, I received a phone call saying my test was "invalid." It was implied that I had tampered with the specimen, which I did not. I suspect that it was invalid due to lab mishandling and unsanitary conditions.Considering that people visit a lab for a plethora of reasons, I would expect the staff to show more kindness. No pleasantries were exchanged. Not even, “Hello.” She called my name, then said, “come through the door, turn left, and walk to the back.” Followed by, “ID.” Then, “remove your mask so I can see your face.”I understand that they’re trying to be efficient and see as many people as possible, so I didn’t expect a full-blown conversation. However, it was rude to not even be greeted. It’s a medical facility, not a jail. Truly an awful experience.

The INCOMPETENCE!! I wish I could give zero stars. After a 24 hour urine collection they lost the doctor's order and cannot receive it. The worst place, go somewhere else. Useless employees

Extremely understaffed office. No one is ever at the desk so if you have a time sensitive test good luck it’s gonna be up to you to hunt someone down to get them to do it on time. Ive never had so many bruises from getting blood taken in my life or had it hurt so much! Horrible experience

Great experience. The check in was a breeze. Phlebotomist was friendly and professional. No issues at all. Highly recommend.

HORRIBLE!Worst staff ever! Very rude and inconsiderate… They also don’t know what they are doing. I’m certified and having been drawing patients blood for a couple of years now, so I know how things are suppose to be done. My THREE YEAR OLD son was STABBED with the needle several times ( I say stabbed because she was so rude , rough and manhandling him WHILE INJECTING). I tried being nice and as patient the tech did not care. She complained about it being busy and short staff . As soon as she was done with my son she rushed out for break talking under breath telling me she does not have time for this. When me or my son did nothing to her . I barley even spoke to her once I saw how rude she was. DO NOT BRING KIDS HERE.
