Absolutely DO NOT RECOMMEND. We filed our 2022 taxes with Bob last year and I had a feeling it was done wrong, so I asked our new accountant to double check it for us. Sure enough, he filed our state taxes incorrectly and gave incorrect advice regarding my LLC, resulting in my business not being in good standing.We ended up having to pay an exorbitant amount of taxes to a city we only lived in for 3 months because he filed as though we had lived there the entire year, even though I repeatedly asked him to double check. So not only did we pay Liberty Tax to do our taxes incorrectly, but now we have to pay someone else to reverse their mistake and get our money back.On top of that, we had a newborn baby with us while we filed and he kept us there for hours while he tried to figure everything out (our new accountant let us drop off what she needed and go). Overall, just not a good experience.

I went online and scheduled an appointment. When I went to the appointment they told me they wouldn't help me because I I didn't call them for an appointment. I went to H&R Block. They were great!

Second year here, service is just as excellent as last year. We had a whole lot of paperwork to clear up a mess last year and they calmly navigated through all of it helping us straighten everything out. It was still super painless and they were very confident and professional through the whole process. This year was even better. No tax issues and no wasted time. We will be back here every year!
