Big store and clean. Employees were nice as well. Was in and out for a return, which was super fast, but it seemed they had a large selection of clothing to choose from.

I (a black woman) visited this store yesterday with my family and we were ignored by the 2 associates there. They gave us eye contact and kept talking to each other (I didn’t like not being greeted) but that was fine. Until a white woman walked in not even 2 minutes later and got a welcoming greeting. That really made me think that us not being greeted was done purposely like we didn’t exist. Is this store not for everyone? Idk, but it just rubbed us the wrong way so we left and didn’t purchase anything.

Always love Loft. Greeted when you come in. Sale prices pretty good. Usually get asked to take the stuff I'm holding and set up a room. Not this time. Everyone was nice though.

Wow, I don't usually rate retail, but I'm floored. Every step of service was hit and done well. From when we entered they informed us if the promotions going on and where to find them. They started a fitting room for my wife, and interacted with every customer the same way in the store. My 2 year old was met with open arms and not with the typical smug. They spoke to us very warmly and it was a genuine experience. I even said it to my wife, Wow. Great job!

The manager Michelle was very friendly, helpful & efficient. She was able to assist me in finding the right size jeans that fit me perfectly.

Nice store and staff, but definitely geared towards smaller women. I typically go to the Loft because they have curvy fit pants which is great for those of us with hourglass shapes. This store has little to no stock of curvy fit. Great selection for those that are smaller!

Wife needed to return clothing originally purchased online by daughter as a gift. Staff in store very friendly and very helpful in processing credit and exchanges for correct sizes. Wife was very happy...
