I had such a great experience at Manitoes. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and professional. The salon was clean, well-organized, and had a relaxing atmosphere. I got a gelx and pedicure done by Tiffany. She was not only skilled but also very attentive to detail. She took her time shaping my nails perfectly and gave excellent service. The pricing was fair for the quality of service, and I appreciated how hygienic everything was. I’ve been following Tiffany ever since the first day, she’s very good at what she’s doing, will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

Tiffany did a fantastic job on my toes and nails! Her attention to detail is amazing, and everything turned out flawless. She provides top-notch service, is incredibly kind, and makes you feel completely comfortable and pampered the entire time. The salon is clean, welcoming, and has a relaxing vibe. I can’t say enough good things—15/10 would absolutely recommend coming here! Tiffany is truly a gem!!!!

I first went here at a friend’s recommendation, where Hana gave me a fantastic pedicure.
This time I got both a gel mani and pedi from Hana and she is incredible, once again.
For years I was insecure about my nail shape and she has given new life to my hands, which I do work constantly with as a stylist myself.
She understood my need for easy maintenance and style and gave me a manicure I adore for the first time in actual years.
Give her a shot, you will not be disappointed with this place.
They are clean, the technicians are kind and their customer service is top notch.
I will be a forever customer 💜

This is my favorite nail salon ever! It is extremely clean, well lit and relaxing. The technicians are very skilled, professional and are always friendly.
I highly recommend Hana. She is quietly efficient and always does my manicure and pedicure to perfection! I feel so lucky to have had her for my technician for over a year now.

I had the worst ever experience at this salon. Honestly I have never had to deal with such horrible customer service in my life. They were rude and I really didn't like it when the manager said: “ We don't do it like in your country. You should get it done in your country.” Also It was bad enough that they are not very good at their job, they don't sanitize well( using the same buffer, nail file and cuticle pusher which they used on a guest before) , they are also not willing to do anything you ask them. My nail tech was rolling his eyes the whole time of the service. He would be mad when I asked him to shape my nails a bit better because he made them uneven. He didn't clean the cuticle.He also left me to sit there and wait on him 5 times during the service and came back smelling like cigarette smoke. But all went to the trash when I wanted to save one of my natural nails. During his taking my previous gel off he broke one of my nails, and I just wanted to fix it. I asked to put the drop off hard gel , cure it and buff it , it would work. I am telling you as a certified nail technician. That's when they refused to finish the service and asked me to leave with a mess on my nails. P.S. I didn't speak loud, I wasn't arguing, and I didn't roll my eyes.I just double asked, if they were gonna finish the job. When the manager came and told me:” We are not going to charge you ,and our salon is not for you , and we don't do it like in your country.” Besides, charge me for what ?! They still charged me for the pedicure though. I am leaving the pictures with what they let me go… I could add so many more negative things about this place. But I'll just leave it at : Never coming back to Mani toes. And in a zillion years I would not recommend it.

Disappointed and Shocked
I have been a loyal customer at this salon for years and have always loved the quality of service I received, particularly from one amazing nail tech. Unfortunately, my recent experience has left me completely floored and disheartened.
I started with one nail tech who was fantastic. On one occasion, she was running behind, and at the manager’s suggestion, another tech did my nails. After that, I alternated between the two, thinking nothing of it. However, it seems this salon operates more like a high school clique than a professional business. They actually canceled my appointment because of apparent jealousy between the nail techs, refusing to service me any longer.
I’ve never encountered such unprofessionalism in 2024, especially from a business I’ve supported and tipped well for years. The fact that they would let petty jealousy dictate their treatment of a paying customer is beyond disgraceful. Even the manager seemed shocked when I spoke to them on the phone.
This is a great salon in terms of quality, but beware—switching between techs is apparently forbidden. I’ll be reporting this to the Better Business Bureau, as this kind of behavior is unacceptable in any business.
UPDATE TO MANAGEMENTS RESPONSE: I never spilt appts. I made 2 separate appointments which NEVER overlapped. I am the customer, I will never pay for something I don’t want. If one person is better at pedicures why would I pay for SUBPAR. It’s nice that you value your employees that much. As an African American woman I REFUSED to be passed around and have my appts switched because you employed CHILDREN who have a middle school mindset. The employees are out of control. If you must respond, the only response should’ve been an apology because you’re in the service industry and servicing the customer should be your top priority not PEER MEDIATION….

I have been going to this nail salon for over 2 years and I like it a lot. However, I got my nails done today later in the evening and I felt like the lady was just trying to rush to get my acrylics done since it was later and they were closing in 1 hr. I asked for coffin and she made them more square and wide than normally so I told her I wasn’t a fan and she said that’s how it usually looks. I always get coffin shaped nails and have never had this issue. The overall painting job wasn’t that great either. Not worth $65 in my opinion! Definitely will be careful when selecting a nail technician when scheduling an appointment online.

I’ve been coming here for years. Most times it’s been a five star experience but not today. I made an appointment for whoever was available at 1 pm. I arrived on time and was seated with Kathy who began my manicure. A few minutes later, a group of women walked in who also had an appointment at 1 pm. So, Kathy was asked to stop with me and start on them. I was told I would be with Kevin who did not disappoint, but Tram on the other hand should be mindful that customers have a right to ask about their service and should remain courteous and respectful. Mind you, I usually book with Tram who is one of the best nail techs, but there has to be level of professionalism maintained even if you’re familiar with your customers.
