Massage Envy offers massage, skincare, and stretch services designed to promote overall wellness. Customers praise the kindness and helpfulness of the staff, creating a pleasurable experience. The atmosphere is described as good and the service as "out of this world."
However, booking appointments can be challenging. There are often long waitlists, sometimes extending two months or more. Additionally, customers note that it's not possible to suspend or cancel a membership mid-contract. Despite these difficulties, many appreciate the quality of service and the flexibility of rolling over unused services and gifting them to others.
