I went in this week with my Dad to make some revisions to his account. The staff members were outstanding in their personalized care and attention to detail.
Lola was impressive as she greeted everyone and successfully supported simultaneous actions. Gillian handled my Dad's request and addressed his request as efficiently as possible. It went very well.
I appreciate the 'small town feel' and personal touch at this branch.

Went in yesterday with my daughter for an withdrawal and was greeted by the lovely staff. The teller was more than accommodating and friendly , my daughter got a lollipop and stickers from the staff. Made her day. Great customer service .

Terrible the lady refused my medical ID card with my picture and my change of address to cash my check I’ve also had overdraft protection before on an old account and somehow it got over drafted instead of declining the charge . Always spelled my name wrong on every piece of mail I got from them as well.

I have never had such horrible service at a bank in my life. I highly recommend finding a different bank as I will be. I have banked with this M & T for 15 years. They used to have three very competent employees who were awesome. Now they have hired new employees. I waited for 10 minutes while two women sat at a desk and would not help me. They greeted me when I came in and I told them I just needed to do a few quick things at the desk with someone. They proceeded to continue talking for 10 minutes doing nothing as I was watching them. Next, a man walked in and they helped him right away. I could not believe it. Never have I experienced this service at a bank. I understand that we are in a labor shortage but how low are you willing to go when hiring M & T? Also, there are 10 banks in a 1 mile radius. Has no one in management at M & T ever heard of competition? Obviously no one has learned the value of great customer service and keeping customers happy. I will never step foot in this M & T again!!!!!

Horrible place. Other than one cashier. Rest are terrible. Slow and not good. I realize anybody can get those jobs. Wow.

Simply Awesome!Everyone is extremely helpful and friendly, Monica, Justin and especially Naira, who stayed extra half hour to help me with the account until the system locked her out. Meanwhile, Naira needed to pick up her kid (yes, I still feel bad about that). I have experience working with other banks and branches, but M&T is out of question and this particular location and staff are the top notch!

Sneaky Moneygrubbers They keep sneaking in a $5 monthly service charge even when there is a $1000 balance and no activity for the month. When I opened it there were no fees but after a year they sneaked it in. When I discover it and complain they will refund it back 60 days and stop charging for a year. Then they sneak it in again. The last time they told me there was a $1500 minimum so I made a deposit that brought it up over $1600 and they still charged me. I am going to complain, get the fee reversed and close my account. It is the only way to escape their nickle and dime game to make money.
