“Have to give kudos to Lexie at the grooming salon inside of Petco in Waugh Chapel! Our pup does not like getting his nails trimmed and she did an amazing job getting him calm and trimmed his nails beautifully. Thank you Lexie!!”
“We broke our line years ago but never knew where around the 2 acres it had occurred. Our dog was conditioned not to go near it…. Until she wasn’t. ? ? Invincible Fence’s Trainer Marty Ward had the thankless task of walking for hours ( on a rainy day ) looking for the break. He found it, fixed it, set us up with a new collar and we’re all set to go!

“Krista the groomer is AMAZING. Our chug (chihuahua/pug) used to grouse and nip and complain about getting his nails trimmed but Krista is so patient and gentle, I think he almost looks forward to going every 2 weeks now.”

“Stopped in for the first time to buy some dog food that I don’t see at Pet Smart, which is close by. They have a large variety of food and treats for your fur family members. Of course, they don’t carry everything but they surprisingly carried freeze-dried raw foods that I can’t get through Chewy. This is a 15 minute drive vs the 30 mins to Annapolis. The staff was very nice and friendly. I’ll be back for future purchases.”
“The staff was very friendly. The staff help us back up to the door. Soon as i set brakes. The 2 guys had my doors open. They owener Jennifer was very nice. If your a truck driver. Follow the directions they give you. When you arrive. Get close to the right. Put your trailer bumper lined up with the neighbors mail box. Back up and turn your wheel slowly. Hopefully the next time I go there. I get to see the inside of store.”
“I've gotten my shepherd mix groomed as a few places locally, for a shampoo, nails, teeth, ears, etc. They are very nice, committed to telling you if they can't do something (ie. mine can't have a cut do to their coat and were firm on that). I recently switched to going to the Severna Park location due to convenience and forming a better relationship with their Team. However when needed I will gladly take my pup back to this location for grooming, Petco has better standards then PetSmart from my interactions.”

“This Petco has some very dedicated and knowledgeable staff. I'm impressed EVERY time I visit/shop.. Especially when I see how well cared for the animals are. I've never seen such happy reptiles. They are often unintentionally neglected at big chain stores so this is a big deal to many customers. This location is refreshing. Definitely the best Petco experiences I've had. Very nice cashier's too. I hope it continues to exceed expectations.”

“Great store for quality cat and dog food brands and treats, and other products. Generally helpful staff. Decent selection of toys, leashes, and other accessories.They do have betas and aquariums and supplies, but not really a fish store. They have a wall of empty aquariums that has been like that for several years. It gives the store a decrepit, neglected feel. It's time to repurpose that corner.”
