“i’ve been shopping here for two years for all of my guinea pig essentials. the employees are so friendly and knowledgeable about both the animals and the products. i also really appreciate their ethical adoption policies, and have adopted two of my boys from them. a few months ago when i was running low on pellets and they didn’t have any in stock, they took down my information and contacted me when they received them in a shipment so i could buy them as soon as possible. the prices for quality and credible brands are much more affordable than even chain stores (not to mention the questionable ethics and lack of care chains all seem to have). i cannot express enough contentment with my experience with today’s pet, and i never want to go anywhere else for my pet needs. shop local!”

“This store has unique, nutritional foods, great variety of products, and helpful staff. My first time visiting, I needed recommendations for a high protein cat food for my muscle packed savanna cat, and food to help with bladder cancer for my bosses dog. The staff member gave me good advice and pointed me directly to what foods are good and what to stay away from for my bosses’ dog. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, and so is the owner, Mark! He has great advice for foods as well. My hungry Savannah used to constantly eat throughout the day, so Mark suggested freeze dried cat food. It’s healthy and keeps them full longer. My cat loves it. The store is also very organized, clean, and roomy. They have neat pet toys as well, which I will attach a photo of my happy cat posing with a toy from there.”

“They have pet supplies, a grooming salon, and a veterinary center. Everything under one roof. The veterinary services are basic. They do shots, wellness exams, x-rays, and teeth cleaning. They refer you out for the rest. But it is nice to have access to your pet's medical records nationwide. It makes the continuum of care very easy as far as shot records go. I have used their grooming salon several times now. Prices are reasonable and I found a groomer that I really like. My pet's really like being able to go into a store and look around. Overall it is a pleasant and convenient place to do business.”

“Came in here to grab my four legged freeloader some items we needed. You know how you become numb to the thought of buying such items because you just are so used to buying them. I never realized how spoiled my cat is until I am in a pet store and I end up spending more than I am aware of. I did a quick once around in here and was so tempted in buying items that I had no right to buy in the first place. What I should have been looking for was the cat litter I was here for. But no, I end up looking at the holiday collars and toys I know she will not play with. I even picked up some spray catnip. In the end, I walked out without the cat litter, but with items that made me happy more so than my cat. PetSmart has become my go to store when it comes to pet supplies.”

The groomer we use, who came highly recommended, is also amazing. We are starting dog training this week with Simon and am looking forward to great results. “Have been going to this location for the majority of the year for grooming. They always do an amazing job with my fiancee's mom's poochie. Just make sure when you are making the appointment to get exactly everything you want done when making an appointment with the call-in center (although last time we made an appointment, they might have switched how it is done so heads up). Only had one issue with the grooming, and they fixed it (was a miscommunication with what services we wanted so IYKYK).They'll have your schmancier than supermarket food for your favorite pooch or kitty, as well as what you might need for an aquarium (they're no Bill's House of Tropics but I don't think they sell dog and cat stuff). And they're currently having a sale on the holiday regalia, for that special furball in your life (also lizard costumes, but that's a whole other story).Would recommend them for getting in and out without $400 in dog toys, unless that's what you're going for. And the grooming department is good to go.”
