Have to give kudos to Lexie at the grooming salon inside of Petco in Waugh Chapel! Our pup does not like getting his nails trimmed and she did an amazing job getting him calm and trimmed his nails beautifully. Thank you Lexie!!

I have been taking my Samoyed to this store for 2 years and recently they fired the lady that use to cut are samoyeds hair and we didn’t cancel because we have a membership so we showed the new employee a picture the first time and they didn’t do bad but this time…. this is how they left him,what is there to do now… how do u explain this…

Cindy at Petco Grooming in Gambrills, MD did an amazing job on our super scruffy pup. We had her cut pretty short for the warmer weather and Cindy did exactly what we asked for and it looks great.

After many cuts. They would not book me because my dog was off lease while in the small space at the Grooming counter, not in the store. That's Bull. I'll never patronize your store again.

I went to get two turtles and the treatment I got was absolutely horrible with employees making assumptions that I will not treat the pets properly. I felt racially profiled by the kind of statements that were made. I would never recommend going to this location. I have been to other locations and I had never before felt so disrespected. Shame of them! And the supervisor was no better

Made a grooming appointment and the groomer Dominique messaged me 1st thing this morning that she had a family emergency. This is only reason I'm giving a 4 star. I had rescheduled with another groomer an when I got to the store they weren't there and the cashier Matt said he hasn't heard from them this morning and I can wait and see if they showed up. So I ended up going to Petsmart and Dominique still messaged me making sure I was ok an she would make sure my dog was taking care of. That's customer service right. Thank you Dominique

Fish employee is presumptuous. Automatically assumes you are loading a 1 gallon fish bowl with 200 fish and treats you like a fish murderer all the while they are running overstocked aquariums with finless scrappy looking fish.

I have been here about 4 times in the last month and a half right around 6 p.m, and have been rushed out the door every time because the store is closing... hours before the posted hours of operation. Most people get off of work between 5 and 6, you're really killing your business rushing people out of your store before 6:30 to close. The hours posted online says the store closes at 9 p.m, and the associate I spoke with today said the actual hours are 8 p.m. If that is accurate, you should remedy that information on your website. I was there ready to spend several hundred dollars and you lost my business in an instant! It is always the same associate who is closing early, I did ask for a manager and there was not one present, and then I was locked in when I tried to leave because the associate had the doors locked at 6:15 and had to wait for her to let me out
