As always, Cindy is there when you need her! Although she moved from Waugh Chapel to Edgewater, I'm glad she's still close by to get packages out -- I had 7 items that needed boxes, packaging materials, & shipping. She takes a lot of care with our items and goes over all shipping options. I'm more than happy to support this small business!

USPS was already closed (Saturday), so I decided to come into the postal annex. Cindy was a great help! I’ve been trying to mail something back home, and my label was always cutting off part of the address. Cindy helped me figure out I just have to ship in person instead of the click-n-ship from USPS that I was doing online. Was worth the drive since they moved locations next to Bike Doctor!

After striking out at both UPS and FedEx (neither had boxes large enough to ship my son’s scooter), I googled and found Postal Annex. Becca and Cindy were pleasant, super helpful, and worked hard to find the best packaging/shipping to meet my needs. Their excellent customer service was truly appreciated and I will definitely return to Postal Annex the next time a need arise. I highly recommend!!

The lady that works at the front counter is really helpful. My fragile packages arrived at their destination without breaking. She did a really good job packaging them for a safe trip.

The lady helping me was so decent and polite

there is even a sanitizer where u can use after signing.

She really takes care of her customers!Postal Annex is great to use as a location to which you can securely ship your online purchases. Postal Annex also helps with packing and shipping. Copying services are available, as is Notary Public and Key Cutting.I would highly recommend Postal Annex for your home business and shipping needs.

Friendly and competent service, highly recommend! Desk person was not wearing a mask but uses a face shield and maintains distance. The services provided here are an excellent option vice the USPS.
