I had my eyebrows done for the 1st time @ Beauty by the Sea. Jen as awesome. Her studio is immaculate. She’s was extremely professional & polite. She explained the procedure in great detail making sure I was comfortable along the way. I couldn’t have asked for for anyone to be more thorough And attentive to detail. Her turnaround time in response was pretty much immediate. I would highly recommend her for permanent makeup. I would also be willing to to try one of the other businesses located in the JC Salons based on my experience here!

Susan was a wonderful massage therapist! Took some time at the beginning to get to know me and has been doing massage therapy for over 20 years! Very thorough and made sure she worked on what I needed, and adjusted throughout. I left feeling very relaxed!

I went to Mana Skin & Massage within the salon studios. Her cube was very welcoming and she had everything for a great facial. Her massage was authentic mix of thai, cupping, and hot stones.

Ms. Danielle Jackson has been cutting my hair every 2 weeks for about a year now and she is by far the best at what she does. She is a great communicator and listens to your direction on how you want your hair cut.
The salon is convenient with plenty of parking. There is an inviting atmosphere throughout the entire facility.

What an absolutely awesome skin care professional! I met Sunny through one of her clients a little over 2 years ago after my long-term aesthetician moved to California. I went with my girlfriend to get waxed and have been going to her for my skin care services ever since!! Requesting her services is super easy as you can book online through her website. She is always on time and super quick, especially when it comes to waxing! Sunny has a very sweet and calming personality, which always puts me at ease. Her suite is lovely and has calming vibes as well. I come all the way from DC to have Sunny perform my skin care! If you are in the Upper Marlboro/Bowie/Crofton/Gambrills/Odenton area (or not lol), check out her services! She is worth the drive! If you are looking for a superior skin care professional, Sunny is your person!

Unprofessional and Unqualified: I called Katie in Suite 4 and asked her if she was accepting new clients. She said yes so, I told her I was looking for 2 color highlights and a cut. She booked me 3 weeks out and gave me her Instagram so I could view her work. The photos were beautiful with multi colors (some rainbow) on her client’s hair. I had no doubt, that because of these photos, she was qualified to do my hair. The day before my appointment I called her and left a message to confirm my appointment the next day. When I got there, she had booked another person in my spot and told me that she didn’t feel confident doing my hair. To make me wait around for 3 weeks and not even return my call the day prior to explain this to me is extremely unprofessional and downright rude!

Salons by Jc is wonderful. I had a amazing wonderful experience with Jalessia! Please go see her so she can hook your hair up. She definitely exceeded my expectations and I was not disappointed one bit. She definitely knows what she is doing! Please go see her if you go there!
