Although the store is well stocked and easy to navigate, the staff puts forth zero effort to be helpful. I've had 3 encounters within a 3-week period with the store with the same outcome. Zero effort or interest in helping if it's anything other than keying in an item that you pick up off a shelf yourself.Had I not ordered and needed the paint for a time sensitive project, I would not have even left the store on my 3rd visit with the product. (Side note, they botched the first order and it wasn't placed, Lost an entire week waiting for something that was not even initiated. I had to call them back and then it was ordered. Had to reschedule a contractor, my time off work etc. Super annoying)Thankfully there was a assistant manager there on my pickup day, a female who was very helpful but clearly distraught by the fact that management was not assisting her when she was trying to juggle multiple tasks. Meanwhile, he sat at the front counter on a personal call and ended up walking to the back of the store as if the business conversations at the register were interrupting his personal cell phone call. Sooooo unprofessional and rude!!Seriously, it's highly unlikely I will ever return to the store. My first experience in there I chalked up to.... could have been a bad day for them things happen. I get it. But then to have the order not even placed and then when I actually went into the store to pick up the paint and to be so blatantly ignored it is just unacceptable.I will say if you know exactly what you want and you can pick it up off of a shelf yourself then sure, give this store a try but good luck at the register. If someone is on a personal call or just in the back doing who knows what you'll stand there forever.You're better off going to Home Depot or Lowe's for paint and paint supplies theirs pricing is better anyway. This store was just conveniently located to my home. Won't make this mistake again.

I bought what I found out was not a popular paint finish...velvet. Sales associate went in the back and said there were 3 cases of the paint, and to come back if I needed more, as they had more than enough in the back.Very pleasant experience buying paint.

Walk in the person working didn’t greet me. He was too busy talking on the phone. Then I asked for some help choosing a color to match my wall paper and for recommendations. He just looked at me and said I’m not good at that and can’t help. If you can’t help people with choosing the right paint or color you shouldn’t work at a paint store.

Stopped in last week, I was the only person in the store. Appeared only one person was working, standing behind counter. Completely disinterested in helping as i looked over and approached severat times, though did not look busy. I walked out, wont be back. Better service at the big box stores.

The customer service that I received at the Crofton-Gambrills Sherwin Williams store was excellent and I received a discount on my first purchase of two cans of paint. I am pleased with my purchase of two cans of Olympic White paint and feel that the cost is reasonable. Overall, I am very pleased with the services and products and this store. I would not hesitate to return to this store and highly recommend this store and products to other customers.

Sherwin-Williams Crofton was great. I always call first to see if they have the item(s) I'm looking for, and if they do, they always volunteer to put it behind the counter for me to pick up. When I get there, I'm treated as though I'm on the red carpet. Exemplary customer service!

I seriously just had the best experience in a long time as a customer. I think his name was Drew that helped me, but he was so helpful, knowledgeable, and understanding. Huge shout out to him and I will definitely go back there for future paints!!

It was ok. I just would like to suggest. Your color displays needs to be more eye level for an adult over 5 ft. It was near impossible to look and find paint colors. I had to bend over almost to wear I was squatting to try and find a color. I am 66 . Sitting on the floor should Not be and option . I got dizzy looking way down and bending down so far. I would hope your display would be raised up high . it's been years since I bought paint and was shocked it was 90 dollars for one gal. For those prices you should have benches padded to sit on to see colors . Thank you for listening

Sherwin-Williams is the highest quality paint out there. The Crofton store employees are very kind and knowledgeable about the specific type of paint needed for any project or surface type. Their suggestions are always welcome!
