Recommendation from Next-door (Neighborhood website) vs using a different autobody shop. Both are state farm accredited shops. Vehicle was vandalized with scratch in door and dents in both bumpers, was told waiting on my bumper to come in . (Rear bumper) when I received the vehicle back the front " brand new bumper " was very dull on the side where damage was. Before leaving I addressed this concern. Their estimator told me it was wet out , and to return Monday when the person to address the issue was In view, and wS blown off by them. It's even obvious in the picture of the passenger side of the front bumper. You can barely make out any reflection. However I was charged with a replacement bumper. Lucky they have to obide by being a state farm shop that obligates them to make it right before the insurance company will step in. Shop looks professional, however the work and issue speaks for itself. FYI for seekers of a honest repair facility. I also tried reaching out, and was blown off . Luckily I have options. However beware! I perform honest work for my customers and employer . So doing slick moves like you see here is bad for business!

We had work done for an insurance claim. When we received the car back, there were obvious flaws in the paint job that was done. I almost gave 3 stars because they were very accommodating to fix the issue (covered the cost of a comparable rental), but I still noticed one paint run and some micro scratches from the wet sanding that was apparently done to fix the original issue. I'm not sure what their quality control process is, but it may be time for more training or to rethink the process altogether.

Got into an accident on December 1 of 2023. My car is still in the shop as of January 8, 2024. I'm rating this a 2 based on updates on my car. I have to keep calling the business to get updates, noone has called me. I understand delays due to parts etc. But please give customers a call for updates. Each update I received was due to me calling, I kept getting your car will be ready in 2 days, that day come don't hear from anyone. I call to ask for the tech person, he will be at lunch and I never receive a call back. I am anxiously waiting to see how the repairs turn out and test drive my car.Update :After leaving this review, I received the update calls and received my car. The staff is very friendly. My car was received in great condition and driving excellent. I would recommend this shop. Thank you

Horrible, horrible, and horrible, are simply the only words that can be used to describe this place. I was involved in a fender bender, that had an estimated $2,800 in repairs. This is where the Geico inspection occurred so I said to leave it there to have it's work done. Prior to any work being done, on the same day it was dropped off, I had called and said I was no longer interested in having work done at this location and would be taking it somewhere else. They said okay and that they would call me back about picking it up. I then received a message the next day from my geico agent that my estimated value in damages went up by an additional $9,000 because it needed a whole new bumper. I IMMEDIATELY CALLED Subway Auto Body and TOLD THEM I WANTED MY CAR BACK AND NOT FOR THEM TO WORK ON IT. I was then transferred to Ian, who was responsible for my car, and he did not answer so I left a voicemail saying I was picking my car up and not to work on it. I then called back to the receptionist and told her he did not answer and that I wanted to pick my car up and she said she would call me back in regards to picking it up. NEVER CALLED BACK AGAIN. Then I called them Monday and again was told I would receive a call back about picking it up because Ian was on lunch. NEVER GOT A CALL BACK. So today, I decided I was just going to show up and get my car back. Upon arriving I find my car in the parking lot COMPLETELY STRIPPED DOWN AND DISMEMBERED. They then refused to give me my keys unless I paid for the work they had done??? The work I had said NOT TO DO FROM THE GET. They entirely destroyed my car and are taking no responsibility for it. Pictured below is the damage to my car, they tried to give an estimate at approximately $13,000... for a fender bender. What a joke of an establishment. As you can see THERE WAS VIRTUALLY NO DAMAGE. NEVER EVER EVER TAKE YOUR CAR HERE.

My door handle broke and I stopped in without an appointment to see how much it would cost to fix. They seemed busy but were quickly able to have a mechanic look at it. He grabbed a tool and fixed it in 2 minutes! They didn’t charge me a thing and were so nice!Service: Body & Trim

Better communication would be good. When they finished the work they did contact me as they were closing, but later that evening they had to put the battery on a charger, again. Didn't know they did that the first time. Found out when I went to pick up the car. The battery was shot and needed to be replaced. I spent nearly an hour waiting for the arrival and installation of the battery. If i had known about this earlier i could have given approval to replace the battery and arrived later to pick up the car.

Paint match was on point same with body lines and oem fitment all clips and screw/bolts everything was on point customer service was all there too nothing less than 5 stars!! They are highly experienced and love the fact that after my bumper/fender and side rocker moulding was repainted the vehicle was hand washed NOT scrubbed with a brush that can cause paint damage.
