I''ve been going here for 15 years. They changed ownership withing the last 1-2 years and it has gone downhill fast. Half the pumps don't work properly. I went in this morning to purchase some items and the guy stood in the vestibule on his phone and ignored me waiting at the counter. Finally I just left and went to the 7-11 down the street. Do not waste your time at this gas station. Such a shame because it used to be a good place to stop and the people that used to work there were always pleasant and attentive.

Both me and my son have been buying fuel from this location for years. Yesterday I stop by to purchase fuel, when I checked my receipt I noticed that my bill was $22.00 more than I would normally pay. I took a look at the receipt and realize that it was significantly more at $65.83 for Ultra plus 93 instead of the Regular 87 that I have always use in my Honda. I know it wasn't my error, the Ultra Plus is 3 grades higher on the opposite end. I went into the store and the attendant is acting a little suspicious. He told me to call at 3:00 to speak with the owner Malic, I called around 3:10 and now he is saying that I need to call at 8:00 when the Manager is in. Let's just say, the phone have been off the hook all day. I made a post on Crofton Facebook page about my experience and to my surprise, this Sunoco under new management has been scamming residents.

This gas station is a joke. After being bought out this place has truly declined on customer service. I recommend if you need gas or supplies go to any other gas station in the area. Please don't waste your time at this location

This has to be one of the crappiest gas stations along route 3 It isn't even worth going to the pump that was leaking no receipt went in to get a receipt wasn't even acknowledged that I existed. I even went to all of the window cleaning squeegees and all the buckets were bone dry. I wouldn't go back here if you paid me

Sunoco was great until I went in this morning and learned that two of my favorite people to see regularly working in there in the mornings (April and Amara) have left. I noticed some changes recently with the staff (NOT VERY PLEASANT) and some of the regular items, such as good creamers, being depleted and never replaced. When I went in today, there was no coffee available and Miss Patty (the amazing woman in the Deli and the only reason I will still come back) had to ask them to make coffee, label the coffees, and clean up a huge mess at the soda machine. Honestly, the one employee either did not understand her or was just ignoring her because he did not respond. If you want good deli stuff or breakfast sandwiches, go here. Don't go here for anything else. The deli is separate, Thank God.
