Worst place I have ever been to. Was working with Christi Clow at the time. Seemed like such a nice lady. I took my daughter's car in for repairs after an accident. Christi gave me a date as to when the car would be ready after keeping the car for weeks. Finally, she called and said the car was ready for pick up. When I arrived I paid and after paying she said the car needed more repairs and it was dangerous to drive it - though on the phone she said it was already repaired and ready for pick up. She wanted more money so she made up more "problems" with the car. At that point I told her I wanted my car and I was leaving. I had the car towed to my regular mechanic and he said the car was fine and did not need any additional work. This happened quite a few years ago so perhaps this woman is no longer there. Beware of this place, it is awful.

Did have to wait 2 weeks to get an appointment for the estimate, but worth the wait. Took my daughters car for damage done to the passenger side in a parking lot. They only had her car for a week and a half. They did an amazing job . We dealt with John who was very nice and kept us informed on her car. I would recommend.

I have been to Superior more then I like to admit. That said I have always had positive experiences. The last time I must say I was disappointed with commutations. I had damaged due to a accident. However then I had damage from loading a walker in and out of the back seat. I want to have both repairs done simultaneously. I asked if this could be done and they said yes. I asked for a price. I never heard a word. I spoke to Bobbie three times. About have this extra work done. I was told the guy working on my car was on vacation? What ? Then I was told that she would have Sal call me. Crickets. I heard from a new one. I call again and spoke to Sal who basically told me that it was to late to do the other work? Who dose that what company tell you it's to late to have the work done? Just ridiculous. He knew from the very beginning it was written on my estimate paper that I wanted the scratches a little dings repaired. Do better superior auto body! I have brought probably five or six repairs to you. I've been a good customer. Do better!

Unfortunately car was released without completing work had to contact my insurance company to complain about unfinished body work there my car had to be submitted back to their shop 3 times to get fixedService: Body & Trim

I've been recommending this shop for over 30 years. They've always had a great reputation, and they care about quality and maintaining that reputation. Recently one of my cars was in their shop. It took a little longer than I wanted, but I understand there is a labor shortage. The work that was done was great! The quality of the repair was excellent. The communication was very good, even if the news on the finish date was not good, I'd rather know than not. John and Sal worked closely with me and took very good care of me.
