Horrible experiment here early this morning from grumpy customer service associates, who believe that they can talk to customers however they want because THEIR employee rang up an item twice .. I drive by two targets to come to this one because I’ve never had issues, but If it doesn’t improve o can easily change it. Just sucks to see a once great store keep employees like that in leadership positions .. DO BETTER TARGET

Haven't been to Target in a really long time, and I can say I haven't missed a thing, it is crazy how they have no cashiers working, only the self checkout line, if I just got off work I my job is already stressful, I have a problem with you wanting me to bag my own items, that I just finished spending all this money in your store...this use to be want of my favorite Targets but just that experience today exhausting...Target really needs to do better...

The Target in Gambrills Maryland is always great to shop at because of the plentiful stocked shelves , great customer service and quick check out lines.

Something is off at this Target… I have never been into a target, where it was so disheveled and disorganized. You could not find any employees and every section from the toys, grocery, clothing… Was a mess! Do better!

I had a drive up order marked “delivered” while I did not received the items. Target associate Erin was able to find my items and explained to me what happened. Erin is very kind and I hope this reaches to corporate to let them know that they have a wonderful associate.

Carly at the Crofton guest service location was so patient and kind with helping me with my curbside debacle order I created today due to my error with selecting the wrong location. She came up with a resolution quickly by cancelling my order for a refund and even gave me a new gift card number to add to my account for the other half of my order. Thank you Carly for your excellent customer service and helping a senior citizen like me. I truly appreciate you !!! You are a true asset to Target !

Absolute trash especially to their employees, they are overworked overstressed and management just laughs in their faces. The store is a complete mess, the fitting rooms are just a pile of clothes.

2024 Update: the store has declined in merchandising, Customer service, and neatness. After recently visiting a Target in another state, I realized it seems to largely be location specific... this store seems to struggle in recent times with maintaining an organized, neat, and friendly, serviceable store.
Classic Target. Good service, good selection. Only wish it was a Super Target.
