If the coolant is topped off, you should require the customer to sit there at least 15 minutes with the radiator cap off to bleed the system.
Other than that, the service is fine.

I've been going here for several years and they have serviced three different family cars. It may cost a little more than some places, but I have a crazy schedule and to be able to just stop in when I have time, makes it very worthwhile to me. I appreciate that they remind me when some of the services are due, otherwise I probably would never think of it on my own. And I appreciate that the couple times when there has been an issue after a service, they have made the effort to make things right.
