Anthony, Terrace and George made a very difficult day so much lighter and they took such care of my items. I was able to breathe in a very stressful situation. I can't thank them enough for their professionalism and kindness at such a difficult time. They care about what they do! Everything was in perfect condition.

I was really pleased with my Two Men and a Truck experiences both earlier this month and yesterday. The movers were early, friendly, patient, personable, and careful. The office staff was also friendly and responsive. Will use again should the need arise.

I had a horrible moving experience with a different company (cough Paulys cough) so Two Men was a breath of fresh air. They were extremely communicative and organized and gave a true estimate so there were no hidden fees or surprises at the end. The moving team was friendly and efficient and everything was delivered in one piece (which cannot be said about my previous move!)

Moved half my stuff and then told me I had to venmo them $700 and not tell their boss if I wanted them to move the things that weren't on their list (they refused to show me their list, which I'm certain had every item in the house). Felt like I had to say yes because they were essentially holding my baby's formula/bed/toys hostage. Not to mention the amount of damage to my items and the new house was absurd. You're better off hiring actual criminals than these guys. Avoid at all costs.

From start to finish, my experience with Two Men and a Truck was easy and very pleasant! From Cydney who helped me with the order and various changes, to the movers, Sean and Jalen who were really fast but thorough and very helpful, to the person who did the follow up (Travis?) to make sure the move went smoothly ,everyone was great. I expected to pay more than I did. I highly recommend this company.

Dominic and his team were absolutely amazing! They moved items from our storage unit to the basement of our home. Stacked everything neatly, moved very quickly, made sure to protect all of our items. This is our 2nd time using Two Men And A Truck and we will always come back to them everytime! So professional and so helpful!

I was beyond impressed by the phenomenal
team that arrived this morning, on time, to pack my apartment in preparation for my moving tomorrow. They were thorough, efficient, and very friendly. They managed to quickly pack up my two bedroom apartment within two hours and still had time to casually laugh and talk with me and my mother, while doing so. They went above and beyond to ask me questions regarding my preferences on how I wanted certain items packed and/or separated. I have moved 4 times in a 5 year span and this was by far the best experience and most pleased I have ever been with any prior services from other companies. These three young men were so great, that I requested they also by assigned as the moving team for tomorrow’s scheduled move, which the company happily agreed to and arranged. To young men: Damein, Chris and Aaron, You were absolutely amazing. I appreciate u all very much and thank you for a job well done! (Hire this company & team!! You will not be disappointed)

I moved with Two Men and a Truck about a month ago. I believe it was the Columbia location. I have moved with the company multiple times before and haven't had any issues. This time was a little bit different. Everything started out great. The crew arrived on time, was friendly, very organized and methodical and moved pretty fast. Packing up my apartment was great. As the day went on, though, and they were moving my things into the house, the team started to fizzle out and it was obvious that a couple of them did not want to be there and, I guess, had better things to do. 5 🌟 for the group because I did have a couch that wouldn't fit up the stairs and they were able to lift it up over the second floor deck to get it inside. 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾 It was a long day and I do have four floors, however, the complaining (even though it was amongst themselves) was a little unprofessional. On top of that, a lot of boxes ended up in random locations and not where they were marked to go, which is kind of inconvenient to me, but not a big deal. That's not even my biggest gripe though. Of course my walls didn't stand a chance against this all day move. It wasn't a huge deal to me, but the team called the office before they left to report the damage and I was told that someone would be in touch about coming out to fix the walls (a couple of chipped corners, some scuff marks to be painted, etc). *CRICKETS* A month later and I haven't heard from anybody. On top of that, I called and left messages for maybe two weeks because as I was unpacking I noticed that the wheels had been broken off of my sewing table. Again, *CRICKETS*. Nobody has returned my phone calls. I'm over it, and prefer not to hear from anyone at this point, but want to caution others about what to expect if you encounter any issues or damage. I paid too much money for them to go ghost on me at the end. I hate moving, so I feel like this will be my forever home, but if I do need to move again I would likely consider other companies even though I've used Two Men and a Truck for the majority of my moves in the past.

Do NOT use this moving company. They are some of the most unprofessional incompetent and down right disrespectful movers in the state. They will also try to take advantage of anyone who will not push back against their disrespect.
I had to work so my wife was in charge of supervising the move. The very first thing they say to my wife is they expect a $400 tip. Additionally, they all reeked of weed. Off to a great start. They get in the house and immediately start complaining and making fun of our furniture for being too old. I wish I was joking. They were constantly complaining of things being too heavy. They move all of our stuff into the truck and instead of going straight to the drop off location they take an hour break. I confirmed that we will not be charged for this break time but we will get to that later.
It only gets worse from here. When they unload everything they break some furniture because they did not handle it properly. My wife calls me frantic that they will continue to break things. I had to leave work early to go make sure they didn’t break anything else. My wife tells me as soon as I (a man) got there their demeanor changed. They stopped complaining and finished the un load.
Now the best part. They get on their iPad and give me the bill. I ask them to break down the price. He fumbles with the iPad for ten minutes and still won’t show me the time breakdown. After repeatedly asking he finally shows me the time they charge me. Of course they added in extra time and tried to charge for their hour break. Luckily I had called them throughout the move and had time stamped phone calls. After I present this they change the time.
Oh and I can’t forget the kicker. After I called the company they said only leave a review if it will be positive. What kind of a culture is that?
In conclusion stay far away from two men and a truck in Columbia.

This is some of the damage done to my brand new home today. I’m beyond pissed off and will NEVER use this company again!!!
Careless with furniture and my home all together. I’ve moved 8 times as a military spouse and I’ve never encountered this type of neglect by movers.
Don’t use this company!
Update: they stole two of my Louis Vuitton wallets from my clear tote. States they will do an investigation but I will be calling the law.

These 3 guys were terrible. They left boxes in the house. Dropped furniture. Didn't wrap my televisions or Pelotons . Damaged walls. Broke a lamp. Pressured me for a tip and would not leave until they got one.
