Just did a Amazon drop off and the current cashier zero customer service!!!!! I come in and said Good Morning (no one in the store) and he looks at me and no reply back… process my return with a serious/mad face and that was it. Clearly does not want to work!!!
Usually at this location the staff are very friendly!

They were very kind, helping me with the boxes since they were very large and heavy. They also made a great effort to understand me since I speak Spanish.

This location is very convenient and I have frequent for years. Today I encountered the most disrespectful employee ever. Her dismissive customer service and to go even further as to make excuses for her behavior is alarming. Long story, I was the only customer in the store, I was told to use the kiosk machine. The manager was on the phone and this employee was packing a box. After finishing on the kiosk machine, then handing her my package, another customer walks in and she stops what she is doing to assist this customer. I was thrown off. Why did she help her but not me? So I asked, her response was she was packing a box. Well you were still packing the box when the customer came in. Her next excuse was you were at the machine, I responded no I was handing you my package. The machine was free. The next excuse was, we tell all our customers to use the machine, well no that's not true because you did not tell the customer after me to use it. She then tells me I could have told her no. Well you did not give me an option. She is debating with me, even getting louder. She told me the manager right here you can talk to her. I said I will thank you. Granted I shared earlier the manager was on the phone and could hear the conversation, the employee is still continuing to make excuses for her lack of customer service and I am telling her you do not understand, you dismissed me but helped another. That is not customer service. I ended up leaving because more customers were coming in the store and I did not want to have that conversation with the manager in front of others and the manager was still on the phone.
I did call and voice my concerns. The manager agreed but I have a feeling that if this employee displayed this type of behavior while the manager was standing there, that it has happened before and will probably continue. This is truly disheartening that the employee never understood and made several excuses. I get using a machine when the store is busy, BUT I was the only customer in the store and you made a choice to not stop and help me but stop to help another customer. Dismissive behavior and definitely not customer friendly service.

The young man at the counter was definitely not customer oriented. Before I could see what the cost was for shipping he was asking for the $50 I had in my hand. When I noticed the amount ended in 6 cents. I told him I would give him the 6 cents he said he couldn’t take it because he already entered it into the system as $50. What you can’t count and give me an even amount back? I was so flabbergasted that I forgot to ask for the receipt and of course he didn’t ask if I needed one. When I called back he could give me the tracking number but NOT the amount of the shipping for that package, what? I will submit a complaint with corporate on this employee that could only grunt not communicate. TERRIBLE!

Every time I use this location to return items to Amazon, I have a negative experience when I need to interact with the staff.
Today, I asked for some tape to seal one of my packages because I had multiple returns and ran out of tape at home for one of them.
At other locations, they provide it without any issue — you quickly tape your package and give the tape back.
But here, for some reason, the employees insist on doing it themselves!
Are they worried I’m going to steal the tape??
Why do I have to wait in the whole line just to get my package taped??
When it comes to friendliness, the most welcoming thing at this location is always the Amazon self-service kiosk.
I’ve been using this location because it’s conveniently on my way to work, and it’s easy to drop off returns here.
However, I will go back to my old location, where the service level is so much better.

Spent $60 to send a time sensitive package (documents) from this location to Arizona on Monday with guaranteed delivery Thursday. The documents were needed by very early Saturday morning. Thursday night, the package arrived near the destination in Prescott. Instead of being put on a delivery truck, they were put on a truck to Tempe (100 miles away). The documents ultimately arrived MONDAY! I called this location to get my money back (honestly, should get more for all of the trouble the lack of documents caused us). The person in charge first wanted me to call back Wednesday when the manager is around. When I asked why he can’t just refund my money he said the manager would need to look into other factors like weather. (The weather in Prescott has been beautiful in the 70’s by the way). Ultimately, he offered that I could submit an online claim, which he said would be faster or he could do it for me, but it would take longer. This is a slam dunk case of they screwed up and I should get my $60 back! I will never again use this location as the customer service when UPS fails sucks!

Very disappointed in my experience here. Several retailers have opted to use UPS as an access point for customers to conveniently pick up packages. However, this store has a lot of issues. The people that work here are not efficient and often move very slow. They also don’t have positive attitudes. I went to pick up an item and was told that the item wasn’t there. Instead of leaving the store I waited for someone more senior to assist and they found my package sitting on top of the stack. The person who told me that it wasn’t there looked right over it and wasn’t paying attention. The store is just too small and too disorganized to use as an access point. Someone had 4 tires delivered here that looked like they were for a truck and they didn’t have the space. The associates were having to walk around all the packages. It’s just not a good idea to have oversized items delivered here. I recommend using someplace that is a bit more organized.
