“I went on the 5th of July to get balloons for my son's birthday weekend. I bought balloons there and brought 1 balloon to be filled. Well ended up being a dud unfortunately. Brandon is who helped me and was patient and tried his best to fix the issue. I very much appreciated and wanted the management to recognize his patience and helpfulness and customer service.
This was all despite other customers interrupting him as he was already hands tied with another customer.
I also wanted to mention the lady who was on the register next to him (the cashier) had just as much patience and was getting those customers in and out while handling the ones trying to overstep other customers being helped first. I hope management recognizes her as well. It got busy fast and they both did an excellent job.”

“It’s a nice big store, they are abundantly well stocked. Everything is placed properly. I love the vinyl figurines here. They have less selection here.
Art & craft, beauty section is great! Toys section is okay, have seen wide selections at other five below stores.
Staff is very polite and helpful. Great candy stock!
There’s plenty of parking, it’s close to Aldi & Lowe’s!”
“Five Below is such a fun and affordable store! They have a huge variety of items — from trendy home decor and tech accessories to toys, beauty products, and snacks — all at amazing prices. It’s perfect for grabbing cute, seasonal items or small gifts without spending a lot.
The quality of some items can vary, but for the price point, it’s hard to complain. Plus, the staff is always friendly and checkout is quick.
Affordable, fun, and always worth a visit!”

“I swear I confused myself when I came here, or maybe I wanted to waste time and fuel for my vehicle. I kept jumping between plazas when I was here because I'm not familiar with the area. Maybe next time I should pay attention so I'm not going back and forth so much. When I came in here it was in full swing holiday mode with shoppers looking for those stocking stuffers. That was my reasoning for coming here. My initial thought was to grab a few things and then those few things turned into a few other things, and so on and so on. I ended up getting one of the basket/cart thing and had that full. This location had a weird setup as it was in what is considered a corner spot. Which led to narrower than usual aisles and having to plan when to make your move to at least browse. I was able to find more than enough items in here and was able to finish up my shopping. Just in time for me to head back home and recharge my social battery.”

“Absolutely love five below, one of the only stores that sells unique anime products as well as tons of random cool products that you can't really find anywhere else”
“I prefer going to this five below over the one in glen burnie it's just cleaner, staff is more friendly. Only issue i have is that now they closed every self checkout except for 2, so sometimes there's a line.”
“Gotta live a classic FYE. The $5 bin is the best! I usually ship for Funko Pop figs here, but, they still sell music CDs and DVDs, at a time where everything is streaming based. I like the options. The only thing I don't care for is the prices. They definitely make you pay full price. LOL”
