Why is it that you have a long line and instead of opening a register your have employees standing around hanging clothes and checking prices for their personal purchase.

Horrible service. Very rude lady on check out line and only one person. Line was huge, lady just rolls her eyes on every question about bags or purchase.
Can manager please talk to staff about their attitude.

I had a disappointing experience at this location. The store was in disarray, with products out of place and the overall environment feeling very unorganized. The lines were extremely long, and it didn’t seem like there was enough staff to handle the crowd. Unfortunately, the manager on duty, Lisa, was particularly unpleasant. Her attitude was unprofessional and dismissive, which only added to the frustration of the visit. I hope management takes steps to improve both customer service and store operations.

I can’t tell if you are open and packing up to go out of business or if you have been robbed. This store doesn’t have good inventory at all and it looks like I am shopping at a start up business. This the Owings Mills location. The Arbutus location and Rockville location have more supply. You would think for this area they would have a store that looks full, and another thing… why is your bathroom ALWAYS out of order? Why is your dressing rooms always closed? Its tacky. I had to pee so bad, that I went to TJMaxx and took my money there. Please stock the store. It looks horrible. It’s also embarrassing for this area.

Ross has so many Nikes to choose from. I really liked my selection of choices, better than Nike outlet.

We thank Ross dress for Less in Owings Mills, MD for helping us with our back to school giveaway every year the staff was very nice, friendly, professional. We purchased through our grant 55 book bags for our event this weekend that will be August 10, 2024. Rossdressforless has been a local community of Our Children Matter, since 2021, and we always look forward to meeting the needs of the community, children, and families we will always count on you all making a huge difference with us and sharing your support with others to see, it is a blessing to see we have been giving away 489 bookbags last year because of donations and support. We always look forward to Ross helping us every year whether it be for clothes or book bags for children we appreciate you all so much. Store 0148 is great to have been served by you all for so many years. Thank you. ????❤️❤️❤️❤️???

The workers here are RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL. The sign on the door shows the store opening hours as 9 AM EVERYDAY, I got there around 9:15 the door is locked there are workers inside seeing people outside asking "what time do you open today ?" the response was nothing but disgusting attitude ?. If you don't like working around people go work in the Morgue.?

There’s a lady who goes by the name lisa, she is so rude and disrespectful always thinking someone is trying to steal. I always come in here and her attitude is not very welcoming and the way she speaks to staff too is concerning

Rudest staff! I witnessed staff arguing with customers at the checkout. I was nearly double charged and when I brought it to her attention, she fixed it and made no apologies.

With tomorrow being Eid I really thought I could come in and pick up a few new outfits. But to my surprise at 920 when I went to try them on at the fitting room they told me fitting room was closed for the night and was told to come back in the morning… store is open till 10, no reason fitting room should be closed a whole 40 minutes before that
