I know Melissa for many years from different store. She is the kindness and most helpful cashier I've ever met. That say I was in Aldi she wore lots of hats. Being only cashier w long line of customers she was checking out and monitoring open self check out. All with grace & patience. Awesome lady! Highly recommended. Marijana Godwin.

I usually love Aldi, but this location is seriously frustrating—especially for parents like me. I shop with my toddler, and every trip feels unnecessarily stressful. There are four registers, yet rarely more than one is open. Today, the only register available was cash-only, and once again, the same cashier was loudly directing customers to specific self-checkout machines. It felt chaotic and unprofessional.
What’s even more frustrating is that there are clearly multiple employees in the store, so why isn’t anyone opening additional lanes or offering help during busy times? I used to work in retail, so I understand how things run behind the scenes—but this just looks like poor management and a lack of customer service focus.
That said, I do want to mention that Skyler, one of the cashiers, is always wonderful—friendly, helpful, and professional. It’s clear that some staff members do care about the customer experience, which makes the inconsistency even more noticeable.
Aldi is supposed to be quick and efficient—that’s why I shop here. But this store consistently misses the mark, and it’s making me rethink my loyalty to this location.
Please do better. Families deserve a smoother experience.

Worst ALDI branch I have ever seen. So messy and always empty shelves. 4th time visiting this store and never found what I was looking for. Simple things like water, milk, tomatoes etc. Always empty shelves. Staff don't seem to be working...

Staff is efficient and keeps the place moving. The place is generally very clean. Lines have moved significantly faster with the addition of self-checkout in late 2023. I can be in and out in less than 10 minutes for most trips.

There was an older lady monitoring the self check out lines when I went to this Aldi. She had an attitude problem rolling her eyes at customers when she would send them to the self check out and they would prefer to use the only one cashier (young lady who was at least professional). She was complaining to the cashier about why one self check out was not working instead of doing something about. I could go on including how she treated me at the self checkout. The point I’m trying to make is someone that gives off energy that she can’t stand people and has a big attitude problem needs to do something about that. And, if Aldi wants to encourage and impose self checkouts at least try to have nice people surrounding and attending the self checkouts.

Visited the store this morning, 5/19/2024, and most of the aisles had pallets of products in them, where it made it difficult to traverse and get to the shelves. There were even boxes of stuff on top of one of the freezers where you couldn't slide open the top to get to anything. This store has gotten so much worse since its opening.

I went here for an interview and let me tell you it was a waste of my time. The manager took us around the store showed us what we had to do for some reason he must've thought I couldn't do the job because I had nails on, and I noticed he kept looking at my nails.don't let these nails fool you I can work hard. I think he judge me by my appearance and didn't even give me a chance for this job. That's sad how people do it it's already hard enough trying to find a job if you're not bilingual in Montgomery County. It's really disappointing when someone judge you by your appearance it's really discrimination. I just want to say to you. I am a hard worker and don't let these Nails fool you.
