I’ve been to this location 3 times. After each visit I had to return because of broken nails. Tomorrow I will return because I looked down and only 8 toes were painted. Pinky toe has no polish. WTH. After they fix that I won’t be returning

Very friendly. Reasonable prices on gel pedis. Both of the nail technicians I had took their time. They took me in right before closing for a pedi on one occasion. I come back for pedis. The owner is super nice! However, they charge 1.00 $ for using our credit card. 4 stars.

They like to make up prices as they go along. Prices are are never the same each time. They need to have a price chart posted for each service and follow it

I had such a bad experience getting my nails here.I came in for a mani and pedi.I asked for a nude polish color before starting my French tip.She gave me the sloppiest application. Never did she put a second application. When have you heard of them only doing one coat.If you don’t like something they’re doing then they get upset ,give you an attitude and raise their voice at you. I was unhappy with my manicure so I declined the pedicure. So she was upset I didn’t want a pedicure and charged me for cutting my nails which they have never done before and they’re no sign that says that. Every time you come they charge you different prices so be prepared to get scammed here. Also, the pedicure is unsanitary. They use the same nail clipper for everyone what if they cut you and you getting contaminated from someone else . I will not be returning to this place again .

I normally don’t write reviews, but i believe i should share my experience about this establishment. I will never be coming back to andy’s nails ever again and let me tell you why. i used to come here all the time when i was younger and their service used to be really good, but for some reason after covid and as it slowed down they have became very shady with their business and prices. originally when i came in i let one of the nail techs know what i wanted on my nails, and that i also will be needing a pedicure as well she told me the price would be $82 which was fine. I was taken back immediately to do my toes by the women I have shared a photo of, and I would 100% NEVER recommend her she was very rude and rushed my toes. It was very evident I had acrylic toes because they don’t look like your average gel/reg nail polished toes, she proceeds to drill my toe nails in which i assumed she was trying to get the previous style off in reality she’s drilling the actual nail off and by the third toe she then proceeds to ask me do i want to keep the acrylic toe on or take it off because if i take it off its $5 more, and if i get them redone its $45 so i agreed to her continuing to keep my acrylic toes in which she states that she already has taken them off so I got very irritated and told her to just take the rest off. I was very confused because why would you ask me do I want to keep my acrylic toes on when you’re already in the process of taking them off without my say so … continuing on she proceeds to file my toes in which at this point she’s being rough and ends up filing my skin too leaving me with a cut on the side of my toe. that’s not even the best part not only was she not wearing gloves in the beginning half, but after she finished removing the acrylic from my toes she puts on a previous pair of gloves she had already worn before doing somebody else’s feet. I know that they were worn because they were wet, and inside out when she was trying to fix them and put them back on. at that point i got extremely upset with that and asked her can she change her gloves in which she got an attitude. i don’t care if you have an attitude that’s super unsanitary there are a lot of people who come with fungus on their feet, or have issues on their feet/cuts etc so why would i want you touching my feet with a used pair of gloves that were used on someone else? I have noticed with the nail techs in this establishment they only really take their time on their reoccurring clients because they know they’re gonna get tipped, or with the older women they’ll try to be extremely nice because they’re looking to get a tip out of them anybody else they’ll do a whatever job on your nails. moving on to my nails which i asked for a simple SHORT french tip set, this other nail tech that did my nails wasn’t that bad but it’s definitely not what i described in the picture, and my nails just look bulky and meh. definitely not worth $92 at all which in that case idek how my nails ended up being $92 when it should have been $87 because initially i was told $82 and the lady who did my toes took off the acrylic which was $5 extra dollars so the math isn’t mathing … i have no problem paying for my nails, but when i pay a service ESPECIALLY any cosmetic service i expect it to be really really good because im not paying you to do a crummy rushed job on my nails because you just decided you weren’t gonna give me your best service. if i could give them zero stars i would absolutely will not be coming back here again, i’ve officially wiped my hands clean with this nail salon. i don’t know what happened to their service, but they need to get it together.

I have been coming to Andy's consistently for a few years now. There's only been one other time that I haven't been 100% satisfied. However, I came this evening and my tech tells me there will be an additional $10.00 because she charged me less. This was more than 3-weeks ago. I got the normal Gel manicure and reg pedicure no polish or gel. How can this total to 71.00. Then you tell me weeks later, I have to pay you extra 10.00. After that, I was like nah i'm not paying to get my pedicure done. Another thing I don't like is she doesn't push back the cuticles enough. I still feel rough skin around the edges & a few days laterI can see the untrimmed skin & hang nails. I prefer to have the gel soaked off but they don't. I'm not sure if I'll continue patronizing this business or not. Also, the techs are friendly but one overstepped their boundaries tonight. She picked my gallon jug water bottle & held it up in the air so customers could see. Overall it's not a bad place.

What they don’t know is that we are looking for a new nail shop for my family, we are dedicated and loyal (at last shop for 20yrs), what they will now know is that they will not get our business again. My Tech was not welcoming, nor good at her job, she rushed, tore up my cuticles, left old color, new color was thick and clumpy and everywhere she did not clean up what was not on the nail, refused to cut my nails shorter, brushed cuticle oil on and said go wash your hands you are done, I had to come home and file the rough edges and polish overflow, I will be having them re-done by weeks end
