My fiance and I came in to turn in our old phones; but we had some hiccups with turning them in. Paul was excellent!!! He was very attentive and patient with us…He is truly amazing!!! He deserves a raise give this man a raise!!!!

I came in to store due to an email concerning bill increase! The employee/sales rep Paul B was able to answer my questions and help me with getting me a lower paying cell service plan!

I am extremely disappointed with the service at this store. Two months ago, I upgraded three phones and explicitly stated that I did not want any additional services or insurance. I recently reviewed my bills and found that each line had an added service fee of $6 per month, totaling $18 for three phones, which has been charged for two months. That’s an extra $36. Additionally, one of the phones was given insurance without my consent, costing $50 per month, totaling $100 for two months. In total, I have been overcharged $136 in the past two months without my knowledge or approval.
It is clear that the staff here are more focused on earning commissions rather than providing honest customer service. This is unacceptable and unethical.
