The store is well lit and easy to navigate to the areas you want to shop. I was looking for a new cell phone and that section is right up front and we'll organized with a section for all the apple devices and all the Android devices separated so you can easily find what you are looking for. They also have a large section for all of the accessories you could want, and they are also well organized so you can find the ones for your device easily.

The blue shirts are always helpful and knowledgeable. If they don't know or get stumped, they will find out. I've shopped here since 2001, when it opened. Great products, great service. Don't expect to find a VCR here, but do expect an OLED tv.12/2023 - I'm still never disappointed with the products. I still see at least 5 or 6 employees who have been there for about 8 years.

Never shop at Bestbuy!!!! They have a 15 day return policy unless you pay them $50+. Worst store ever!!! I bought a Remarkable as a gift for my wife. Her handwriting is not good enough for the SW. to recognize and OCR which is whole point. I tried to return on the -6th day and was told since I did not purchase a $50+ membership before the purchase I had only a 15 day return policy rather than 60 day. No one would help. Not even store credit!! This is the worst ! Buy from Amazon. Always better. Even if seller doesn’t offer Amazon work either you.

General Manger Michael is incredibly rude and smug when talking to customers. I asked for clarification of a return policy and was told he didn't feel like explaining it because he was too busy. I'm not planning on returning to the Germantown store, customer service is much better at the Shady Grove location.

I spent an hour on Amazon looking for the right phone case, and 2 days later got something that feels too slippery. Walked into Best Buy and within 3 minutes I found a phone case that was perfect.

I’ve finally decided to never buy from Best Buy again. They finessed my father when selling an insurance policy for all devices on his account. They used false coverage claims to sell the policy then denied coverage when my father tried having his computer repaired.

Always prompt and polite customer service. Good spot to shop for high-quality electronics. Some of the little insurance plans they sell with the products are actually worth it on certain items?

If they offer you the Geek-squad service extended service never buy it!!!I got it for my Washer and Dryer but in less than two years the Washer broke down and no one has come to my house yet for repairs, scheduled it and it was a no call no show. Asked but nothing via chat nor phone helped me. So I paid for something extra that it won’t help you. Horrible experience.

It's a nice store with plenty of parking and has handicap spaces close to the building. I went into this beautiful store and there were very few customers. That should mean I could find someone to assist me. Not so. There was no one on the floor taking care of customers so after about 15 min, I gave up and walked out.

Avoid this place’s warranty, it’s the worst investment you can make. When they explain the warranty to you, they talk wonders, but when it comes to using it, everything they’ve told you is a lie. Avoid the warranty and make sure to secure your valuable items with a separate insurance like Allstate or State Farm, etc.

I had a geek squad appointment and it went very well. The young tech, (his name was Hashir i believe) was excellent. He gave me a quick solution and offered great customer service.

Purchased an ‘excellent’ condition open box Sony tv via their website. Took it home and come to find out the remote and stand are missing. There are also scuff marks on it. Tried to contact the store, but call center operator says the physical store doesn’t take any phone calls.. what?? So we drive back. When they’re unloading the tv out of our truck, they bang it on the door and the dude laughs. Nice. I’m sure they’ll be listing it again as an ‘excellent’ condition product, smh. Anyway, the guy says we can pay the difference, fine, but you’d think they can offer some sort of discount or credit for the inconvenience they caused us and the lack of care. After going back and forth with them, the GM, (who can’t even be bothered to come out to speak to us) says give them $100 off. I guess it’s better than nothing.

Customer service was good. Aaron, the manager, was helpful and found a way for me to save money.The team was able to help me find what I needed and even informed me if what was no longer available.

Absolutely terrible Customer service from the few employees that were working. I simply wanted to buy a charger but couldn’t locate one. I asked the team member working who was with a customer at the time I waited, and finally he acknowledged me after five minutes. I asked him if he could simply show me where the items were; it’s not like I was asking him to walk across the store. He kept saying he had to page another staff member to assist. Which was ridiculous! I walked out and went to another store. I’ll never return to this location, and I would give it zero stars if I could.
