This place is amazing! Cassandra did such a beautiful job with my balayage/highlights, even though my hair had been box-dyed before. She listened to everything I asked for and was so sweet. The salon is also super friendly and clean, I highly recommend!

Ana was my stylist and was very nice. Unfortunately, I did not notice the back of my hair until I got home. I specifically asked her NOT to cut my hair short around my cowlick. She seemed to understand, but did it anyway. Sure, I should have watched her like a hawk, but I trusted and now I have short layers to grow out as well as a haircut I hate. I also told her I didn’t want a blow dry, but she did it and I paid 79.00 instead of just the hair cut and shampoo price. She explained she needed to cut the hair when it was dry. I will not be going to her again.

Saturday, May 17th marked the second time I drove my daughter across state lines from Fairfax, VA to Germantown, MD-over an hour each way-just to get highlights. You might wonder, why make such a long trip? The answer is simple: Cassandra!
Cassandra is not just an amazing cosmetologist, she truly understands different hair textures and knows that the right treatment is about both beauty and health. She treats you like family, making every visit a wonderful experience. I absolutely recommend her-she is worth every mile of the drive! An absolute gem! Bubbles Salons is incredibly lucky to have her on their team.

First time at this salon, wonderful service! Cristiane was my stylist and did an amazing job. She was very nice and patient with me as I was unsure about what cut I wanted. She ended up doing a complete makeover, cut off several inches and I couldn’t be happier with the transformation.

Can't say enough great things about this place. I've been going here for about 4 years and recently, under new management, I've noticed a shift in the culture and quality of service in an even better direction. My stylist, Courtney, is extremely talented, professional, kind, and accommodating. The only place I trust with my not so friendly hair.

I've been seeing Jessica since the end of summer and today I brought my mom for a haircut. She is amazing, listens to what we want, ready to come up with suggestions, very knowledgeable! My highlights are spot on, I'm getting compliments everywhere I go! If you need your hair taken care of, go with Jessica!

The stylist have all been great- we’ve been coming for a few years now. But as my kid’s hair has gotten longer the prices just keep going up- they added 25% to my daughter’s “kids cut & blowdry” for long hair fees.
It seems arbitrary what they decide to charge.

We move a lot because of my husband's job, so finding a hairstylist is one of the first things on my to do list once we move to a new city. One day my husband told me that he had a haircut at a salon and really enjoyed his experience and told me to make an appointment with Cassandra. I was very impressed! She is not only very professional at her job, but also she speaks Arabic and Kurdish which is an extra bonus for me. She listens to my requests and concerns and does a wonderful job every time. I frequently do my roots, so she makes sure that every single gray hair is completely covered. She is very thorough and meticulous at her work. I don't remember once having color on my skin that she didn't take the time to clean. I feel really comfortable, relaxed and at ease when she's doing my hair because she makes sure I'm happy with the results every time. She's also gives great advice on what haircuts would look better on me. She gives me recommendations on what hair products would work for my hair type. I love also how her station is clean and organized, cleanliness is very important to me. She is very punctual which I highly appreciate.

Have been going to bubble for a while to the same stylist . Last week my daughter wanted a hair cut and my stylist was unavailable so went to the one available.
We showed her the pic we wanted the hair to be cut and dripped my kid . When it was done I was shocked . It was a different cut .
My question is if you are not capable of doing a specific cut you need to tell the client .
Now I have a disappointed teenager with a cut that she did not like . I am regretting going to bubbles and honestly will never go there again.
However wanted to help others out there. If you not know the stylist don’t trust them when they say , they can do a specific cut confidently. The stylist did not even apologized and said she looks better in her cut.

I highly recommend avoiding Nam if you need your hair bleached, dyed or styled. I came in to get my hair bleached and dyed. I had gotten it dyed purple and blue months ago but the roots had grown out and the colors were almost completely faded out. I showed her a picture of the color I wanted (one solid color) and told her that in terms of styling all I wanted was my sides buzzed. She was completely non-communicative. Didn't tell me how long she was leaving the bleach on until asked, didn't tell me how long the dye was being left on, straightened my hair without asking, and cut the ends of my hair without asking. When I got home I realized that the dye job she did was extremely uneven and choppy. My hair looks like it was done by an amateur.

I love Cassandra!! She really knows how to care for my hair type (I have wavy and thick, coarse hair). She’s attentive and cares about what you goals are for your hair. I have also seen her other clients’ amazing hair color transformation that she has done (from creative bright colors to subtle but noticeable change), and she nails it!
