They will steal your money don’t go in there with to much money managers are liars they claim to open a case, but then close it without even telling you I’ve been with Capital One for 17 years maybe 18. It’s a shame you have to steal money from your clients. It’s a shame you have one manager to run like three stores. That’s why she can’t get her job done. You guys are thieves. Deserve zero rating. I will be closing my account soon with you guys no longer want to do business with you.

Came in right at 5 o’clock to get my name changed due to a recent marriage. One of the tellers, nice young man with dreads, was very courteous. Great customer service

This Germantown location in MD is one of the worst locations ever. Parking is limited and hard to get out. The staff takes forever to do everything. Been in line for 15 mins now. Avoid this location!

Wonderful staff - so friendly and kind. I appreciate Priti especially. I never go into banks or visit banks anymore since most banking is virtual, but needed to walk-in one day last week. I was the only one in the bank and had a good time chatting with the staff. I am grateful to these ladies for being so positive and kind to me.

I went to the bank an Teller#2 was busy speaking with her colleague and her friend that was next to me; and jacked up my transaction. Luckily, the manager saved face when I returned and admitted to corporate her teller made the mistake. The killing part about it, it appears the teller was never reprimanded for the mistake. Everyone is accountable when bad customer service caused a major mistake; but not at Capital One. It appears they just sweep it under the rug. BE AWARE!! Don't let them get away with it. I don't plan to revisit due to lack of holding employees accountable. Everyone is accountable, if you do want to do your job...let someone else who takes their job seriously take over.

Horrible service as of late. My last 3-4 visits since June have been absolutely horrible with long wait times and staff that don't seem to care. Not sure if it's under new management or what but we just opened two other accounts at another local bank and will soon be taking our business elsewhere.

The Drive Thru ATM, is easy peasy. Three stars because this review only comments on the ATM. However, based on the outside view, this Cap 1 is likely comparable/similar to others in the area. In the era of ATM networks Capital One is part of the MoneyPass or Allpoint network thus to avoid unnecessary charges, selcted this location. The drive through is located around the side of the building and accomidates both ATM and Teller transactions. There is also an ATM adjacent to the main entrance. Getting to the bank is via two way access road that also serves a busy Mickey D's and gas station, convenience store. Mentioning this because its a bit of tight fit when busy and passing other vehicles in traffic. Your results may vary, but for Cap 1 customers this is an banking oasis for locals to the area.

Horrible customer service . Went in to get a notary. For some reason they weren't able to do it. They just blew me off like no big deal. I have been a customer since the days of Chevy Chase bank. Whoever is the manager you should teach your employees better customer service!!

I was just there around 3:20 pm and the lady directed me to the window only to be told that He is busy with a drive- thru customer. Young lady then told me to wait in front of the line and when another window became available someone cut me off and they did not even say anything. I was really disappointed. Im a senior citizen and I felt terrible. Pls help pay attention to the elderlies?
