While I generally like Charley's, I won't be coming back to this location again. First they got the order wrong. The service was rude when I informed them.

Be careful when you see the price on the menu and on the receipt. When I confronted the cashier and the manager. He's being smart a$$ not honoring the price on the store menu displays. He said do you want to order or not? I will file with the BBB for false advertising.

They change the pricing without changing their advertisement and would not give Customers the price they were advertising. They were overcharging by like $10 on their wings. Manager said he wasn’t gonna do anything! Bad customer service. Even though I drove 20 minutes to come get wings, I decided to leave empty-handed because of how bad customer service there was I prefer to take my money somewhere else.

Wow. Curly hair boy with the braces doesn’t even know his own job. They are so rude and have false advertising. That’s no customers problems but y’all. Don’t advertise if you don’t participate.

I ordered for to go, I arrived home, 25mins away from the location, starving, and got this. Going back to get my order right was not an option as it was 9pm and the location is not exactly close. Not only that is not what I ordered and that it’s missing EVERYTHING, but from the way it looks, I wouldn’t even feed the pigs with it. They just threw some ingredients in that box and made a salad from a sandwich, like I was their biggest enemy. It’s like I got it for free, not that I paid for it. The bread was crumbly and was breaking apart, that means it was old. I threw the entire thing away before finding out the hard way how old the chicken was. I’d suggest if you’re craving Charley’s to go at the Gaithersburg location.

Service was terrible, I ordered wings with fries and they did not include it with my order then when I came back in a fellow named Devin with tattoos on his hand started cussing at me which was rude and unprofessional. On top of that I spent almost $35 so they are claiming I did not have money but even still worst customer service of my life, enough to warrant my time for this post.

We ordered two large cheesesteaks, garlic parm wings, and fries. Everything was cooked well and was prepared to our specifications. Also, all our food tasted great!

I wish I could give this location zero stars, I came to eat at this location for the first time since I shop at this particular Walmart often. It was a horrible experience the order took at least 25 minutes the food was still cold, they didn’t give the fries and to top it off the employees aren’t friendly or helpful at all. I don’t recommend this location at all until I’ll keep visiting my favorite location at the clarksburg outlet.

The service provided by the manager is horrible, he is an animal who does not know how to treat customers. They don't give napkins in your order. In another place, the service and the food are very good. I have always bought their food, but in this place it is not recommended to buy it. Thank

Had a terrible experience here. When I ordered, I specified no mushrooms. Of course there's mushrooms on my sandwich and when I tell them, all they do is pick it off. So I let them know, I cannot eat this sandwich as it has already had mushrooms on it and still underneath it. They act like they don't understand English. 2 other people come out to see my receipt. He says "no mushrooms right?" And proceeds to point and show me there aren't any there. Of course they aren't there because you picked the ones right there in sight, off. I already waited a long time so I just asked for a refund. Once again they act like the don't understand English. After going back and forth they give me my money. In addition to that, the floor was leaking really badly and people kept slipping and almost falling. They only did something once I said something smfh.

Placed online order for a scheduled pick up time. Arrived on time but didn't get my order until 10min later. Lastly, the food was extremely salty.

Bad Experience, I went to this location for the first time. I ordered my food and took a seat at least 30 minutes have gone by and my order still wasn’t ready. My order kept getting skipped by 3 numbers. 5 minutes later I finally received my food one of the employees there told their manager “hey boss that order isn’t complete” clearly he didn’t care because he moved his shoulders up saying “I don’t care?” I go back to the and let them know I’m missing an item the manager says “your food is in there” I show him my food and still says that I got all my items. Another employe then gives my missing item. The food was really cold the manager is an a hole. I’m sorry but I had a terrible experience at this location. I most definitely won’t be coming back any time soon. GET YOUR STUFF TOGETHER AND MAYBE FIND A NEW MANAGER WHO IS RESPECTFUL.
