First, the food is always good at Chik-fil-A. I went to this location the day of the eclipse. One of the staff members was outside with her eclipse glasses on and was visibly excited about seeing the eclipse. She shared her glasses with me. I've never seen an eclipse with my own eyes except for on TV. She really made my day.

Happen to order from here twice in one week after the renovations using the app and drive thru. Both times staff were friendly, smiled, and they checked my order before they gave it to me. Chose the chicken sandwich and chocolate shake.This area is like an outdoor food court, so it speaks well that they are so organized and efficient.Thank you for good food and prompt service.

placed an online order for drive thru. i was issued a receipt through the app and my credit card was charged. upon arrival to the window they told me that my order was cancel and that i have to go inside and place the order again. waste at least half hour to place my order again and get charge again. Not a single employee apologize for it. I work in the restaurant business. when you mess up, you fix it. If there is a problem with your app, guest should not have the burden to fix the problem. that is one of the reason why a manager is always present in the restaurant.NEXT TIME JUST APOLOGIZE

Understaffed to the point they are causing accidents in the parking lots. Park more cars than they serve in the drive thru and food served cold.
