I am excellent for a rating of 1 star. This location deserves zero stars. Good luck if you need a prescription filled. Unless you walk in, your prescription is never ready! I frequently get calls that my refill is ready only to show up, wait in line for half an hour to find out it isn't, or have to call my doctor to resend my refill because CVS claims they never received it even though the doctor's office has it on record that they did. If you need a medication that they are out of stock, it is such a hustle to get the order filled. Save your time and send it somewhere else.

Literally the most mismanaged and disorganized pharmacy there is! I would have it shut down if I could. Nothing is ever in stock, I've been waiting for my pain meds one week post surgery and they still don't have it filled. Calling the pharmacy is also of no help. I would give it 0 stars if I could.

I go there at 1pm and they still are not finish restocking the shelves. I want my Mediplast brand products! Omg!!!! There rating is 1.9 what was I doing there? HAHAHA

As a mother, there's nothing more distressing than seeing your child unwell and not being able to provide them with the necessary care. My recent experience at CVS was not only disappointing but also added to the stress of caring for a sick child.I arrived at the pharmacy to pick up a crucial medication for my daughter. The pickup was scheduled for a specific time, and due to unforeseen circumstances, I arrived a mere three minutes late. Understanding the strictness of pickup times, I nonetheless hoped for a bit of compassion and flexibility given the situation - my daughter needed her medication urgently.To my dismay, the staff at the pickup kiosk were unyielding. Despite my pleas and the clear urgency of the situation, they insisted that I could not receive the medication until 2pm, their lunch break was over. It was just one medication, and a matter of minutes, yet the rigidity of their policy took precedence over my daughter's immediate health needs.In times like these, a little empathy and understanding from the pharmacy staff can make a significant difference. I am deeply disappointed by the lack of flexibility and compassion shown during my visit. I understand the need for policies and procedures, but there should also be room for human discretion and kindness, especially in a healthcare setting.I hope my feedback prompts a reconsideration of how such situations are handled in the future. No parent should have to feel helpless when trying to care for their sick child. THE WORST PHARMACY EVER!!!

UPDATE:NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE! I hate the fact my doctor sent my script to this pharmacy! How can you all be this bad at your jobs?I absolutely DESPISE CVS and this location keeps reminding me of why not to do business with them. They sat on my script that my doctor sent over for 3 hours. When I stopped by and asked them to please expedite it they said it would be ready in 20-30 minutes and they’d text me when it was done. After 45 minutes of waiting I checked back in the app and suddenly it showed the medication was OUT OF STOCK! No one bothered to call me to let me know not to wait. Terrible customer service. I won’t be back!

The service is terrible my doctor sent a prescription to them before started my surgery, and I received a text to pick up the medication when we got there after 3 hours the guy said nobody told him to do it! It Wasn't ready!It's so bad service I'm going to change this pharmacy this its not the first time!

Had an appointment for a flu shot at 11am at CVS Wisteria Drive, Germantown MD. Got there 15 minutes ahead of time but had to stand in a long line waiting to check in. There was nobody at the check-in counter. It took 25 minutes to check in - way past my appt. time. Then I had to stand in another long line to actually get the shot. There was nobody giving shots. Asked for a time estimate and was told they had no idea. Might take another half an hour or longer, no clue. This is the most unprofessional place I have ever been to. No automated check-in. They give out appointments without having staff to do the work. No apologies offered for wasting my time. I canceled the appointment after wasting 35-40 minutes in the store and still nobody was giving shots to anyone when I left. Long line of people with 10:30am appointments still waiting at 11:30 with no announcement about estimated time. If I could give a negative rating to this store, I would. They should close this store down immediately. Don't advertise vaccines if you cannot provide them. Worst service ever!

Not sure if this location is severely understaffed or if the workflow is inefficient due to poor management. In either case, my recent visit taught me that this location cannot/will not begin to fill prescriptions called in by your doctors until YOU are physically present at the “Pick Up” window. And even then you will be asked to wait or comeback later…and if they’re about an hour out from closing, you can expect to be told to come back the next day.If you need your meds by a given timeline, especially if you need them on the same day, DO NOT send your prescriptions to this location!

If I could give less stars, I would. They never got to me for the vaccinations booked. Checked in and waited over an hour before leaving. Line to the pharmacy was wrapping through multiple isles.

Worst CVS I have ever had to go to. My mom's doctor ordered pain meds 2 days ago and we came today (2 days later) at 6pm to pick it up and it wasnt ready! They told us to go back at 8! We go back and they closed right in front of us. Explained the situation and they couldnt care less. Horrible service. No wonder they have the rating they have. We are moving our prescriptions to Giant. Leave this place while you can!

SCAMMY! They will tell you your insurance isn't connecting (not that it is invalid), and try to force you to pay out of pocket immediately!!!Awful experience multiple times when trying to get flu shots and COVID shots. I was told to schedule an appointment, and when I showed up for appointment, the guy in front of me got rejected for insurance and it took over 40min for them to reject one person...and they insisted he pay out of pocket, even though he had insurance (he gave a card and seemed genuinely surprised and frustrated it didn't work). Then apparently, they told me that my insurance (BlueCrossBlueShield, federal) was also down (different from the guy in front of me), and they insisted I had to pay out of pocket immediately also. I called BCBS and had the representative on the phone, but the CVS person said they (CVS) couldn't do anything because the BCBS system was down...but it wasn't down. It all feels extremely scammy.Don't go there unless you just want to pay for all your shots out of pocket!

Terrible pharmacy. They barely answer the phone and when they do they are always rude and dismissive. Meds are never ready when you are notified that they are. They cannot tell you when meds will arrive after ordering for ones that are not in stock. My son has been waiting for his ADHD meds for over a week.

Nobody answers the phone. I’ve been left on hold for over an hour in the past two days alone. The refills are almost never ready on time. Long lines. By far the worst CVS I have ever been to.Update:Not sure why this location is even open. Corporate clearly doesn’t care. No improvement in customer service since my original review. On hold again for over an hour with no explanation.
