Nice vehicles for sale but hard to flnd entrance off middlebrook rd. You have to drive slow to see entrance or you'll miss it ask for sam he was helpful

Absolutely Terrible DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! My husband bought a car and it had low radiator fluid, transmission case leaking, original spark plugs with 125,000 miles on it, and their communication skills are unbelievably terrible. He bought the car in January and his tags are expiring soon he calls the mva and they just sent in the info what took so long? After he lied and said he put a rush in. STAY AWAY!

I was so excited to purchase a vehicle here. My husband located a Honda Odessey that had a great Car Fax, the price was great, etc.. so we stopped by met with Al.. He was very nice we could not test drive the car really there was ice and so we just took a quick look at it and I told him I'd go to the bank get the loan and we would come back on Sat. at 11 a.m.when they opened to test drive and get things going.. When I went to the bank a I had to call to get info on the vehicle for the loan and a sales rep Sam answered and I asked for Al.. He said that Al was on the phone but he could help, which I was ok with. Soon as I told him Al was helping us with the vehicle and pricing etc. He said we don't wheel and deal here.. I was at the bank and was really upset how he spoke to me so rude.. I didn't say anything about wheel and dealing. He could of just just said our prices are no haggle prices or something nicer.. But he got really ride and defensive.. Al did call back and apologize thankfully but when I cam back Sat. to test drive Al said we did not have an appt.. I had mentioned twice we would be back Sat 11 am when they open to get things going for the Honda and he never once mentioned anything about appts.. So when we got there he said he had appts.. so I had to come back after 1 p.m he is the only one there everytime we come. So when we come back he was able to help us right away and we took the van on a test drive.. when we were on the test drive the van was shaking between 40-50 mph then we checked inside the hood and it had a major leak.. The car otherwise was great but when we came back and let him know he said he would take care of but he said we would have to pay a credit card deposit or he would take care of it when ever he felt like it and had time.. I tried calling him in the mean time several times and never got a response.. I stopped by the next day.. They were closed.. Then on Monday.. He said he sold it to someone else.. who didn't mind paying the deposit.
The customer service was just not there and I was disappointed! We stopped bu several times and I had the check ready to buy the car.. I simply just wanted a guarantee that it would be fixed.. I'm buying a car without a warranty..
This car supposedly passed inspection and we found two things wrong with it. Plus after that we test drove another van.. Same leak on the same type of van, they roof didn't work but it did drive better but ppl don't always look for theses things!!!!
I ended up getting a better Oddesey newer model for better deal in the end so sometimes things happen for a reason!

Al was so attentive and worked so hard. He was busy since it was a Saturday but still gave 150%. He had the cars that I called about ready to test drive and wasn't frustrated with me even when I wanted to look at other cars I hadn't even called about. His patience made it possible for me to settle on a car I actually didn't even notice until we I got there. I bought it and so happy with my purchase. I highly recommend buying your next used car from Al and Direct Auto Access.

Most folks these days would probably say they'd rather do anything other than buy a car, but I trust Sam and Al will change their minds. These guys made it not just easy, but legitimately enjoyable. I reached out via email and got a response back within 15 minutes. Once I arrived to check the car out, it was as good in person as it looked on paper. No pressure, no hassle. Pricing is firm but more than fair, and they even offer warranty options if you want the extra peace of mind. In short, I had a 10/10 experience (only took about an hour and a half, counting test drive and paperwork) and would absolutely buy again if given the option.
