Dr. Eleanor was very detailed, thorough and compassionate. She asked more questions than any doctor I've seen, which I very much appreciated and listened to my responses attentively. By far, one of the most positive experiences I've had.

Dr Jason Lowery was calm, attentive, knowledgeable, laid back, and patiently answered all my questions. Also short turnaround on the appointment scheduling even though it was a first time appointment. Very excited to have him as my PCP!

Went to see Dr.Maria Nunez for an annual primary care visit. I left with over $400 of unnecessary charges. My insurance covers primary care visits 100% but the way this office entered the claims left me having to pay. When disputed, they removed a $175 charge that was just me inquiring about a health problem. So, yes, they charged me for answering when she asked "do you have any questions?". I am now left with a $121 telehealth phone call that took less than 5 minutes for Dr.Nunez to tell me that my blood work is "normal". Lastly, I owe them $30 for my urine. If I knew I would have to pay for the urine they insist they collect I wouldn't have done it. Again, my insurance should have covered this but the claims they enter are not accurate. There are many reviews on how this office pretty much commits insurance fraud by unnecessarily charging and entering false claims.

I understand that situations change and either things will get better or worse. I was recently going to “Doctors First” I never received any notice that the name and location was changing. When I did receive notice via email it was time for my check up, a little confused by the name that emailed me the request I called and then received update what had changed.Communication is a big part of the world , and just as much as people’s lives are busy I understand the doctors office can get behind and or busy but they ask us for notice 24 hour in advance and they should hold up there end of the agreement as well. I feel a lack of unprofessional does happen in this office now that things have changed and I’m disappointed in that. I hope you this new office with new employees etc take some steps in receiving the feed back from patients and do better..

I have been with First medical for a very long time but my first time to meet Dr. Thuong Nguyen. He was very rude, didn’t even introduce himself to me. He didn’t even address me in the face. He just stormed in the saying you have xxx go home. He didn’t even try to explain what he was doing for treatment. I have a regular Dr Liz who is a wonderful human being and goes through my regular check without rush. This dr didn’t even look me in the eye. I had to ask him if he sent the prescription to the pharmacy. I learned what he subscribed at the pharmacy. Now I have to set another meeting to meet with my regular NP. He would not recognize me if he met me
