Great customer service. I was told that my engine mount rear and lower need it to be replaced as well the engine torque mount also the transmission which surprised me because my old car shop place never seems to find the root of my problems and this guys Joe and David found it in my first visit, also they informed how much it would cost, and how long it would take to fix it. Exxon in Middlebrook road did what David and Joe said they would do on time and for the same price they told me it would cost. no secret fees or higher prices everything very reasonable. thank you guys from Adamelys Schauble

I had a great experience and Mr.Joe was very professional,and did a great job on my rear air suspension and i would not only bring my car back to the middle brook service center,
But would recommend recommend others as well

$250 for tint removal because of the “glue” that’s on the tint, Absolute joke. And they did a terrible job leaving glue all over my car and leaving pieces of tint on the windows where they can’t reach. Do better.

I was at this location on 03/18/2025 for a tire repair. I got there around after 12pm. I was told no one was available to attend to me and that I should come back 2 hours later. When I got back there at 2pm. The gentleman I met was not available. I had to deal with another gentleman. He was very rude. When I asked him to clarify his comment, he said he was just being sarcastic. I let it go. He asked me to park my in the parking lot of the mall but when I got outside I saw a truck pulled out of the repair shop and I parked at the space the truck left. When I got back to him, he started talking to me in a rude manner that he asked me to leave the car in the parking lot. I tried to explain the reasoning behind my decision but he didn’t let me talk. So I went back outside and park the car in the parking lot. He then instructed one of the technicians to work on the car. To my surprise, the technician brought the car back to same spot I took the car away from to start working on it. The whole experience left a very bad taste in my mouth. Clearly the gentleman knows nothing about customer service. I didn’t feel valued as a customer and I won’t go back there nor recommend the repair shop to anyone. To be fair, the lady technician who worked on the car did a good job and the other technicians there gave good vibes but the gentleman in charge is a bad apple. Thank you for reading my review

If you need service for your car, ask for David! He’s the Goat, he’ll take care of you! Very quick and easy service. Very nice customer service!

If you need service on your vehicle, go to this Exxon and ask for David. He did an amazing job on my car today, putting new brakes and rotors on. He’s very honest and won’t take advantage of you. I will be going back to him for any other repairs on my vehicle.

I would not recommend this mechanic. He tried to sneak in storage charges that were never discussed so I took my car to another mechanic and he called me yelling saying I owe him money. We spoke days prior and he never once mentioned every day it’s sits there it cost money. He did not do any work on the car at all and when I tried to explain to him that what he was saying was not reasonable, he called me “sneaky” completely folded and said I don’t care go ahead. Keep the money and hung up on me. Times get tough but projecting that on how you treat your patrons, especially as a woman who doesn’t know much about this car stuff. It’s scary having someone who will try and trick you into paying things you don’t have to. Not professional at all. Beware

I have been a customer since 2013. The Exxon Service Center in Germantown has excellent customer service! I would truly recommend them to anyone!!! They are all kind and honest! Honesty is what keeps me coming back! They have downright declined services on my car before because they felt bad! They suggested I buy another vehicle and I truly appreciated that. Any other mechanic could have just given me a quote and taken my money. GREAT SERVICE, MUCH APPRECIATED!
