This team was much nicer to me than they needed to be. I came close to their closing time and they were well within their rights to rush things or ask me to come by another day, but they took care of my printing job with a smile and stayed a little past their regular closing time for me. I would never expect that of an employee and it was a kindness I wanted to share with others.

I need a two-way mailing and needs to create a return label. It is the first time for me. I tried online but it was kind of confusing. I went to FedEx. Tracy is nice and sweet. She helped me in an easy and professional way. The whole process is quick and efficient. I left with everything well done.

Great location~~ came in to print out a few things for my mother’s passport renewal and Brian provided great assistance in the early morning despite being busy with other people and tasks since he was the only employee on shift. He took my mother’s passport picture which turned out well and helped me pack up my envelope with a great attitude! I’ve only been to this location twice since it’s the closest store from me, but each time I was greeted warmly and the employees are very nice and helpful. Thanks again :)

She said it’s because of the software!!!

Overall had to spend $15 to print one sheet of paper that wasn't the size I needed. I originally went to the self print section to use their computer and print an 11x17 sheet. For some reason their computer doesn't offer that size even though it's one of the more common sizes. Asked for help from one of the workers and their computer couldn't open my file. Then I went back to the self print section to settle for a different sheet size so that I could just print I what I needed, only to find out that the printer doesn't have any other size other than 8.5x11. What a waste of an hour and money. Why offer the self print service if the printers don't work??
