Incredibly rude, condescending staff. I live in LA and will be visiting my parents for the holidays. My fiancée bought a gift for me from Paris and had it shipped to my parent’s address. They refused to let my mother pick it up, even after he was on the phone with them and we could send a picture of his ID over. That was understandable since it is policy. We ended up calling corporate, and this location has the option to hold the package just one day longer so we can pick it up after we land from the plane. The male worker refused to help us in any way. Moreover, they were rude to my mother (her first language is not English if you understand…). So now the package will be shipped back before we can land (Dec 20th is what the extension request would be, not anything crazy) and we are essentially penalized for being timely with ordering gifts and shipping gifts to my family’s home while visiting. Ultimately, this dampers our holiday and feeling of good will.

The most pleasant experience I have ever had at a FedEx location. Walk-in with simple printing job needed. Greeted by Simi who is one of the kindest people I have met. Simi is in line for a promotion at the least, her high level of customer service and kindness is rarely achieved. Well done. Germantown FedEx is a great location

I've been going here for years. Really nice staff. The service can be slow, for sure, and it could be staffed better, but they run a pretty tight ship. Not too bad. Parking is questionable, small spots and often full.

Received truly excellent service from Scott today! Usually a lot of the reviews, I leave tend to be negative because moments of frustration tend to prompt leaving feedback. However, today is all positive. I came about 10 minutes before closing with several pre-paid and prepackaged returns, that were bulky and difficult to carry. Scott was kind enough to help me unload my vehicle and got everything processed quickly and efficiently with a smile. While it’s not an encouragement to come right before closing with large items, I truly appreciate the kind help I receive today and wanted to leave some positive feedback to say thank you.

I have to say, everytime I walk into the Germantown FedEx Office, everyone is always pleasant to work with. Today however, I have to say was the most pleasurable experience yet! Sinmi, one of the employees, went above and beyond what I would consider excellent customer service to ensure I was taken care of, and my needs were met. She was curtious, knowledgable, and most of all did her job with a smile! Sinmi, bravo on what few businesses are capable of acomplishing nowadays. Its people like you, that keep the customers happy to return!

This is my go to print shop. They've helped me out so many times because my printer at home is always giving out on me lolol. I'm a poshmarker so I have to print shipping labels for the products I ship out. I'm usually in and out of here. Clean, and the staff is super helpful.

Scott was AMAZING!! He is usually the person that helps me with any print services I needed help with, however this visit was beyond exceptional. This order was very last minute as there was an unexpected death in our family overseas and we needed the order completed by the next day before our flight left. Scott was a HUGE help from start to finish. He created the template I needed in a timely manner for me to approve and even edited a spelling mistake on final product we provided before printing. I appreciate the level of effort he provided, that he went above and beyond my expectations and his personality and friendliness overall. I will definitely be back again to have other stuff done.

US Postal Service is by far a better experience than FedEx. Don't be fooled by the beautiful bright orange and purple colors. There is always a long line of people. I took my shipment after having processed it online but needed to make a change on my app. After making the change, the person there made me get in line again for another 30 minutes to process the shipment. Everything was ready for her. I have had similar situations at USPS. They would ask me to stand on the side while I complete what is required and take me in when I am ready. They need to employ people who have a bit of common sense without a chip on the shoulder.

Excellent customer service! I work with Scott every time I go in and he goes above and beyond. I had a last minute business project and he came in on his day off to assist. Nothing but the highest praise from me!
