Worse place I have ever been too !!!! So I called recently about my I pad keyboard and I needed the money because I have a family so the lady told me that they accept it and bring it in so when I bought it in they all stopped and stared at me !!! And they were all rude !!!!! I wouldn’t go there if I was y’all !!!! They don’t understand what honesty is & being professional!!!!! They all make me freakin sick !!!!!!!

I grew up in Fox Chapel which is the closest neighborhood to them and started dealing with them at the age of 18 and now I'm 50 and have only dealt with them let's say 5 two 6 times throughout that. But I can say that the couple things that I have purchased from them have been absolutely incredible and extremely well priced recently two and a half weeks ago got a extremely good guitar from them that I absolutely love was in perfect condition and let's just say I got it for an unbelievable price. And have a amp that I put on layaway that I'm picking up tomorrow that was $75 and they gave to me for $45. So they had no problem working with me on price. Love it there! I guess if I had to pick out one thing that I didn't like too much about it is they no longer have the inventory that they used to have and that's kind of disappointing. But other than that I'll go there first every time

Went it to sell an item and they offer you little to nothing for your products. I wouldn't recommend this place at all.

Extremely rude front desk staff. Just find another shop close by. You’re more likely to find what you need and less likely to be treated like dirt.

I would leave negative stars if I could. Staff has no knowledge at all. They will ask for a receipt if you try to pawn something which doesn't make any sense at all

Why 1* ? I've been going to this pawn shop for decades off & on. And I have to say the staff they have now are the worst & most crooked ever. Racist also. Well the most of the Spanish employees anyway. They give their own the best possible deals & the most money possible for the items they bring in. I've seen them let Spanish guys bring in brand new tools without a receipt & accept them & give them EXACTLY what they're asking for. The day I bring mine in, used but basically new, just had a DeWalt Drill set w/ oscillating tool still in the box, a 3 piece set but since I kept one in the box because I hadn't used it yet & kept all of my manuals in the tool set bag, they basically accused me of stealing them. The other tools had marks from use clearly visible but the set was clean because I'm OCD & clean my tools. Obviously, a Black Man can't have these tools & would apparently be stupid enough to ask for a loan for stolen items, instead of getting more money for selling them outright. It's a shame the owner doesn't see how bad these employees are hurting his business. The worst part is I have other items already there that I've received a loan for, so I'm obviously a frequent customer for a long time ever since Bulma used to run the place. But now I'll be getting my items back & taking my business elsewhere & will refer everyone else to as well. It's always the same 2 problem employees & sadly I think the Spanish guy with glasses is a manager & is the worst one there. Him & the Spanish girls, all except for 1 Spanish lady who's a little older & the white girl who works there. The rest need to be fired. ? ? ?

0 stars if I could , and I am trying to pawn I just called for inquiries I didn’t even get to come in, I asked about on what they accepted and the guy was so rude for absolutely no reason , idk if there is a communication barrier issue but he’s mean . My friend warned me not to go with the same complaint and she was a purchaser and they sold her broken items ! Next time I will definitely listen to her

Going with 1 star, because 0 isnt an option. First time ever visiting the store today, and definitely would never go back. While the young lady tried to help, the older gentlemen was horrible. I found a tool I was interested in. On the sticker, it said cordBut they could not tell me if it even work. All theys and charger included, thiBut they could not tell me if it even work. Alls is important as it's a rechargeable tool and the charger is $70 online. He told me, sometimes we dont keep the wires. Really??? On a rechargeable tool, that someone hand wrote that they're included and you didnt keep it?? But at least they also do not test anything when they buy it. I was also interested inA audio receiver,

Terrible customer service,If you want to experience the worst customer service ever, please visit to this pawn shop - not even main office cares about your experience and if you’re lucky they will call you as$h… yup just like that, never pawned anything but you can get some good stuff from places like this so I only get here to buy, but is clear that the quality of their recruitment process is 0 probably -10 in a scale of 1-10Make sure you pay for extra warranty if unsure of what you’re buying, seller did not offer me that never expecting to make a final sale (I assumed because he is more interested in his commission than customers satisfaction)In the end this is my experience and the lesson I learned is “stay away from pawn shops”

Bought a pressure washer Saturday and was assured it worked. Went to use it the next day and it didn’t. Because of my schedule I didn’t make it back to the store until Wednesday and told we can give you half of it back.

I created a yelp account just to make sure my feedback is known because main office number 18002904598 did not take seriously my complaint and feedback, they hung up on me (can you believe that?)I had a situation at this store when store manager took the whole situation personal and call me "Patan" which translates to as$wh... not that I'm offended for it but I could not negotiate with them a return because they were washing their hands after no warranty option was given to me, seller was trying to save his commission by not taking the item backBecause they offer me to take item back for half of the price I told them that I won't accept that deal so they keep the money of a half week salary of an employee, that comment gave authority to store manager to yell at me call me "Patan" about six times and she said she was doing an exception just because of my wife I ask the store manager Esmeralda as well to the seller, would you accept that deal if you were in my shoes? And if you are a regular customer who doesn't pawn but buy? They couldn't answer, and it makes sense that they couldn't answer because they weren't fairI was expecting a negotiation in which at least I could get a store credit and get something else, but the first thing that comes to their mind is "this guy needs cash" why I think so? because store manager made a refund of the total balance $408, they refunded back to a credit card from which they charged only $175.50 That started a new argument because she did not check the account and decided to do so because she was trying to harm me, and I said to her, hey Im not doing this for the cash I'm doing this because it is an option you give and you did not gave me the option of the warranty so next time make sure you are transparent with your customers, and the reason why it makes no sense that you refund the full amount back to that card is because you take just let of it from that card, she finally understood her mistake and she was asking for the other slip and I said I paid $175 cash, which is on the account and the rest of $450, because they kept 10% which is fine for me, let's call it a restocking fee, I paid $100 with one card and $175.50 with another card so how would her accounting would add up later? She was so upset with me because I was right that She got surprised when I started to speak English because there was a guy there doing inventory and I thought ray maybe he can give me a hand with the situation but he said no Somehow this could also be consider a matter of discrimination based on the way she treated me - this is serious guys and hope you can provide the appropriate feedback hope someone from corporate office can read this review and provide training to these guys because they are causing a really bad harm to your business name
