Went to pick up medication and the lady that helped me was a short old asian lady. My problem with her is that instead of handing me my medication she decided to throw it on the counter. Is it really hard for the pharmacists that work here to show basic respect?

This new team of pharmacist they have is terrible. I've been coming to the same exact giant and have always had a great experience.
I went to pick up some UTI meds this past weekend. I called 3 times and they kept on telling me that my medicine wasn't ready. I came in In person and they were extremely confrontational and rude. My phone showed me that my prescription was ready and when I came inside the pharmacy two people told me they didn't see it on my profile on the computer.
I went out to the parking lot and called another giant pharmacy and they checked it for me and said it was ready for pick up.
The older Vietnamese lady was arguing with me about my medication. It was bizarre and I've never felt so frustrated and disrespected at a pharmacy out of all places.And I never ever leave bad reviews either.
Beware of new team there. I miss the old people that used to work there.

This pharmacy is conveniently located inside the Giant grocery store. My recommendation is go to the pharmacy first, and if you need your Rx to be filled, they've been able to get it done during my visit. They've almost always had my Rx ready to go when I arrive orignally, and fill it quickly the few times there have been any issues with refills.

Always a good experience. The wait times are normal for new/refills to be filled (30 to 1 hr). The current pharmacist is incredible and seems to genuinely care. The pharm techs are also really amazing and do an extraordinary job.
Any of the old reviews (1 years+) with gripes about this pharmacy are no longer relevant at all.

Dont expect an accurate online order pickup. Of our orders 3 times a month, atleast one will be an item they bill you for, but forget to put in the bag, and another will be them calling you after you pull into your driveway that they forgot to load a bag of your groceries.Consistently. Every month. Without fail.The manager in charge of that department needs a demotion.

You’d ask yourself how bad a pharmacy could get, right? You just drop off your prescription and pick it up later. But you couldn’t be more wrong!They just want to be a**holes for no reason. Worst customer service I’ve seen, wasting time, just walking around, not caring about their patients.Save yourself some trouble and go to another pharmacy.

Very good Giant, staff is very helpful. Lot of savings if you plan and use the Giant Rewards. Their app gives Bonus options on what to buy every week and it helps saving a lot of money on the Shell Gas stations...

The pharmacists are good but the newly hired staff is extremely rude and has absolutely no courtesy at all period you have to wait in long lines and they do not care this gentleman is rude and there’s absolutely no respect shown to people coming to this place for years. change . go elsewhere cos u deserve better

Had a scheduled flu shot today at 10:45, was checked in quickly and efficiently. There was several folks already waiting. But the staff moved through the group and I was done in under 20 minutes. Kudos for providing a quick and easy way to get a local flu shot.
