Would give a zero star if I could. Took my son there and just horrible service, the place smells like urine. The guy with the locks is the rudest barber I’ve ever seen. Claims he’s been cutting hair for 35 years but he has zero clue about human skills. Never again!!!

A reckless driver crashed into my car and Mr Ruben jumped into the busy highway to check on our well being and notify the emergency department. The owner of this business is a hero.
Nice barbers in this place too, they trimmed my beard pretty good.

Too pricey and they don’t even try to do a good cut. I walked out with chunks of hair cuts the worst haircut I ever got. It used to be a good place too bad I won’t ever go back

I wish I could give a half star, buddy with the bald head and tats was quite impatient and borderline rude. Took my kid there, and his patience was just next to zero. A barber finally decided to cut my kids hair, and when my kid got home, his comment was, “dad, my haircut is not working!” And kept asking if his real barber (who was sick), will fix it! This is the third time I’ve been there and gave them a chance and all 3 times it’s been a cut I can’t wait to grow back and have professional actually cuts it. The first time I brought my kid there, buddy with the dreads cut him and he gave my son so many blotches. He kept missing spots! I recommend if you have a child, take them to Ms Judy in haircuttery off Seneca meadows in germantown! She’s patient, sweet, and does exactly what you tell her to do!

I been here about 3 times.They do not greet customers. I walked in two barbers were just both scrolling in there phone and ignored me when I asked is anyone is available to cut me. It took a barber who was standing outside to come back inside and cut me. I just thought that was rude and disrespectful no one greeted me and then got ignored when I asked a question smh. I will never go back to this shop again and on top of it all ..MOST OF THEM BARBERS IN THERE CANNOT CUT GOOD. Very average and mediocre cuts.

This is not my first time coming here. Hans did my hair in the past and l was happy. But the guy who sits on the left with locs is very rude and unprofessional! He claims he has been cutting hair for over 37 years, but he can't cut hair. He has Zero customer service, and argued over comment about my hair. I ended up with a shabby and uneven hair cut, l told him to fix by blending it and he flipped. Please save your money and go somewhere where the barbers actually listens and appreciate your business. I will never return!

Hair cuts are over price 40$ and the barbers did a horrible job on my line up it left scars cuz he was cutting me so rough it still hurts til this hour

I recently visited the image creator in Germantown, and I must say it was a truly disappointing experience. From start to finish, everything about this place was subpar, and I cannot recommend it to anyone looking for a quality haircut. Speaking of haircuts, the one I received was nothing short of a disaster. I had clearly communicated my desired style and provided a reference image, but the barber completely disregarded my instructions.
