The person(could be the owner) who works at the front desks was impatient when I asked what’s the difference was between the two services, because I was charged more than I expected, even though it is not a big amount.
After a few conversations with the staff then I learned that they gave me a deluxe spa that I didn't mean to get.
They have the prices of the services on the wall, but it’s confusing if you have gel pedicures that need to take off and get new print, which means you have to add about 70% on top of the price listed to get the work done. For example, if you choose a spa pedicures at $45 then you have to add $30 to get the work done. Which means the total is $75 + tips. I hope this helps when you go there.

I have gone to Iris nails for 4 years while in MD - they are professional, well priced, and you begin to feel like family. They are exceptional for this area (I have been to others and couldn’t wait to get back to Iris!). I will miss them as I move to another state, and hope I get another company that provided the same quality that they have! Thank you to my Iris family!

Love this place! Everyone is always so nice, they do a great job and we have always had an amazing experience.
We usually like to go in for pedicures as a family, and they always make arrangements for us. We also enjoy the Christian music that they play here.

Best dip manicure Ive ever had and the pedicure was so relaxing. The shaping of my nails was perfection. This cat eye design is so cool and mesmerizing! Highly recommend this spa! Thank you Joyce and Julie!

Stopped by here for the first time yesterday. I was looking for a new place to get a decent manicure since the place I have been going for years has gotten sloppy. Lisa did my gel manicure and did a FANTASTIC job!!! I will definitely be returning to see her for future appointments. Overall, the spa itself is clean, well decorated and has a lovely atmosphere. Looking forward to trying some of their other services as well.

I usually go here monthly, sometimes bi-monthly to get my pedicure as they have lasted a long time and the experience has always been lovely. However, today has me considering looking elsewhere. I received the WORSE pedicure of my life. Not only was the technician really rough but she nipped me when removing the gel. To make matters worse, she drilled too far into my nail bed leading to pain in my nails. I've NEVER experienced a pedicure that left my nails in pain. I look forward to this as my self-care and relax time but was literally on edge the entire time because of how painful and rough she was being. My nails are now sensitive to hot and cold because of her removing too much layers of my nails. The worse part about this entire experience is, I informed the front staff of my displeasure and she was only concerned with bleeding as if damaging someone's nail bed isn't a problem. She offered ZERO solution to reprimand it, not a discount, nothing just "I'll talk to her about it". Now I'm walking around with pain in my nails. This is highly disappointing because I really loved being a patron of this place and each time spend more than $70 on just a pedicure because I'm willing to pay for service and good quality. Money isn't the issue. I'm considering not returning because today the front staff displayed they do not care about the health of their customers. If I'm upfront and tellling you at the time of service I'm in pain, at minimum do something to make it better.

I felt it was only fair to update my review from my last experience. I decided to give them another shot and this time I was not disappointed. They took care of me and my pedicure lasted over a month. I'm pleased with the service. Joyce assisted me this time and she was great. She was gentle and accommodating. I'm glad I gave them a second chance.
