I was a newbie and welcomed warmly by everyone including Shannon, our fun instructor! I loved our 4:30pm group! Come and enjoy dancing with the ladies. You won’t regret it!

The best place to get yourself started on excersizing. Everyone is so friendly and positive. I love this place. If you find it hard to do excersice by yourself as a routine then this place is for you. I feel full of energy every time I walk out from that door. Highly recommended!
