I have always gone to this location, as they are usually less busy than the others. The staff are efficient, courteous and very professional. They have a tough job, and really work hard.

The staff here have been very kind and helpful both of the times I have come. They are direct which is helpful for getting everyone in and out quickly.

The desk was very helpful when I had difficulty checking in. Nicole, the phlebotomist took me back immediately for my appointment and took my blood very professionally with no pain and no bruising afterwards. I highly recommend the Crystal Rock Dr., Germantown, LabCorp.

This place is horrible my fiancé went in to get her blood taking and came out in pain and bruised up . Manager was really nice but the people taking the blood don’t trust them and be careful about them rushing ! When u do a job this serious you don’t rush or act rude people already come in nervous . Unacceptable!!!!!!!!! Now we have to take a trip to ER thank you!

At the Centene the Only way of checking in is through kiosk and 2 out if 3 kiosks are out of order

Terry is what makes this place great. I’m a hard stick and he got me on the first try. He also keeps a very organized waiting room.

The lab part in itself is great, super clean and professional.
The problem lies at their logistics.
The place was crowded with walk ins and appointments and they moved slowly, there was only one person at the front desk and she was also one of the technicians
Her tone when interacting with patients was like she was doing them a favor just by talking to them. Probably because she was just stressed and overwhelmed but the workers shouldn't be put in that situation.
I asked her for how long until I get called and she said "5-10 minutes" and when I asked her 10 minutes later she said "there's 7 people ahead of you"
It took me 70 minutes to get a lab test.
Let be said te result are always fast and accurate
But the issue lies at their logistics.

My suggestion is to go to the location on Observation Drive in Germantown. If there is an issue with your personal information instead of trying to resolve the problem they will blame you or the other offices you may have went to in the past.
If you choose to go, make sure to VERIFY your information prior to signing any forms.

Nurse Terry was extremely professional and kind. He helped reassure me through the process of getting my blood drawn, and made sure the process was smooth. As someone who dislikes getting their blood drawn, this was the best experience I have had so far. I highly recommended him !
