Jess was a gem to work with! She's quite knowledgeable about mattresses and client needs/mattress fit; she's willing to listen and suggest alternatives to better balance customer expectations. I'd definitely recommend purchasing mattresses from this establishment and tell Jess Francis sent you!

We had a wonderful experience purchasing a mattress for our son who was moving across the country. Corey at the Germantown MD location was great to work with, found us the perfect mattress and got us a super deal! It’s stressful to move your kid this far (CO >> MD) and Corey made this task a breeze!
