“I hadn’t put on a suit in years. Unfortunately, I had to attend a funeral and needed a suit in a hurry. I went to the Shady Grove store, where the sales personnel put a rush on the alterations, allowing me to pick it up in a timely manner and catch my flight to the funeral. Kudos to the salesforce at the Shady Grove location.”
“I had a great shopping experience at Banana republic this week! One associate (I didn't catch his name) was very helpful to direct me to a product I saw online and wanted to try on. Later on in my shopping trip, AJ helped me to find a shirt in the right size. When we realized a few of the items I wanted were not in stock in my size, he went above and beyond and helped me with an online order through the store. I was beyond impressed with AJ and his customer support skills. He clearly loves what he does for work and is representing Banana Republic well! Thank you so much - I'll be back! :)”
“It’s gotten way more expensive then like 2020 and stuff like a jacket is 29 dollars plus taxes it’s ends up at about like 31 dollars if you have a higher budget you can come here if you have a low budget don’t bother even looking. Staff is friendly but old navy is super pricey now just a warning if you have a low budget.”

“I had a great experience at J.Crew Factory in Clarksburg today. Almeta and Kwesi were very attentive when I was in the store, helping me with some questions about some clothing. They were friendly and checked to see if I needed anything. And later, Almeta helped me fix the price on something I bought. She was so helpful, and I truly appreciate her taking the time to help me resolve the issue, all while being so patient and kind! Good customer service does not go unnoticed!! Thank you!”

We came in to find suits for my husband, and they handled everything with a level of care and professionalism that truly stood out. They were patient, knowledgeable, and helped us track down his exact sizes, even checking online for pieces that weren’t available in-store.
They took their time with us and were incredibly thorough, helping us find additional pants in the clearance section that mixed and matched perfectly with the suit jackets we chose. Their service was outstanding, and we left extremely happy with our experience. We highly recommend this location.”

“Here's MY Theory: Nothing's ever NOT on sale. That's it... I said it. But for reals... Theory is always sending me emails being like "Right now: 70 percent off of practically everything in our store!" Well... it's like 70 percent off like 10 percent of things. And that 10 percent of things is originally priced at like 400 dollars. So most all of their clothes there I would say go for in between 100-350 dollars. It's not cheap. THAT SAID! A few years ago I went to buy a light jacket and I stumbled into Theory for the first time. I saw this rack that was marked at 80 percent off, and there was this beautiful black jacket on it that I ended up buying. It was the most I've ever spent on a jacket... up until this most recent visit 0.0 BUT! It is easily my favorite jacket, the quality is TOP notch, and it has held up like an absolute champ for all those years with no real serious signs of wear. I believe in the products. Which is why when I was looking for a nice winter coat, one of my first stops was Theory. Luckily... they were having their Black Friday sale... which means I ended up with this BOMB winter coat that has down in it. It is so incredibly comfortable, warm, and you can tell is constructed expertly. I also ended up with this cute little bomber style jacket and a sweater. The saleswoman there were as helpful and friendly as can be. Because it was their Black Friday sale, and SO much of the store was marked at deeper discounts than it's already pretty deep discounts, I spent an inordinate amount of time in that store trying SO many things on. I felt the need to joke to the saleswoman that I'm probably gonna spend so much time in the store that the shifts are gonna change (it was 10:30 in the morning for some context). There was this one absolutely stunning wool coat that I put on and ALMOST bought, but with how much money I was already spending on the other stuff, I really displayed the most meager amount of will power ever displayed by a human being and put it back on the rack. Even though the saleswoman were super nice and were telling me how good I look in it, and don't worry, I agreed. I just couldn't justify that purchase at that time. So... I'll probably go back tomorrow before the sale ends... I mean... if it happens on two separate days... it doesn't count right? Ugh... that coat was so nice. Like stop. Just stop.”

“Overall good experience. The girl who helped me had to check the back for my size as none were on the floor. I thought she forgot about me 😅 but when she appeared she had a bunch of additional options for me because the specific sweater I wanted wasn’t available. I asked for one and she brought 6 or 7 options, so she really went out of her way to help. Unfortunately I didn’t get her name, very friendly girl though so thank you. I ended up getting two of the sweaters she thought would look nice, which I otherwise wouldn’t have even considered but ended up looking phenomenal. Thanks.”

located in the rear of building. I usually favor the restrooms that are located in an isolated area away from Customer Service/Amazon returns...this one failed. you have to walk through CS but luckily it was empty
the inside was cleaned. 4 stalls. so that is always a plus and the standard I expect. just lost a ☆ for location.”
