There were two young worker. 1 Male and 2 Female. On 2/25/2025 They did not greet any of the customers walking in or out. My family and i were followed in the store but not assistance was asked for us even though we did need help looking for a certain item. The cashier was not friendly and stared at my family the entire time like we were about to steal. Soon as are purchase was completed the young man instantly walked away, again offering no dialogue or greets. Only simply ensure my family and i have not stolen. I have never experienced this at Micheals Germantown until tonight and i felt the store wanted to statt going to the Gaithersburg location instead. Mh family was very uncomfortable and the youngsters had poor customer service!

I had an excellent service by the staff of Michael’s. I went to get a gift and it’s gift wrapping items but didn’t have the time and skills to do it right. So, the team at this Michael’s store not only allowed me to use their table, scissors and tape, but one associate by the name Jackie, took the time to help me out when there were no customers, and finished helping me after she clocked out. I felt soo welcome, and writing a review is the least I could do, but I have to be a positive witness for their wonderful care
