“I have been coming here for years, and sometimes I do experience rude customer service but Cassidy is absolutely amazing. She is the reason I come to this location. She always greets you with a smile and provides kind, professional, and welcoming service. I have an injured elbow and in a lot of pain and she was very patient and helped answer all of my questions. I did not feel rushed and am very grateful for the time she took to explain everything. With my elbow being out of commission, I am not able to do simple things like brush my hair, and of course for us ladies it’s important to have our hair looking nice. When I went to pick up my medication, I asked if she could help me brush and tie me crazy hair, and she was more than happy to offer to help with a smile. She is absolutely the best. She is no doubt the best and kind and helpful, and Giant is lucky to have her. Thank you for years of kindness and helping me with all my questions with patience and kindness.”

“This pharmacy is conveniently located inside the Giant grocery store. My recommendation is go to the pharmacy first, and if you need your Rx to be filled, they've been able to get it done during my visit. They've almost always had my Rx ready to go when I arrive orignally, and fill it quickly the few times there have been any issues with refills.”

“Have to stop by here to get some medicine, the pharmacy was not busy at all.
The guy in checkout area have to scan my ID before scanning the items which is the cough medicine, it's a first time to experience this. I think they want to make sure that I am in the right age to have that particular medicine.
But that's what happen. I don't feel offended anyway because he talk politely.”

Now I live in Germantown and love the staff at the Germantown Walmart Pharmacy!”
“Walgreens in Germantown. Second time visiting here. Small parking but we're able to manage to get out, it was not busy at that time anyway. Service at cashier was fine and the store is clean.
Checking out just waiting for few mins in line but it was not bad.”
