“This team was much nicer to me than they needed to be. I came close to their closing time and they were well within their rights to rush things or ask me to come by another day, but they took care of my printing job with a smile and stayed a little past their regular closing time for me. I would never expect that of an employee and it was a kindness I wanted to share with others.”
“I came here for an amazon drop off. It’s my first time but wow, the amount of people that were in line? I don’t know how you guys handle it. After about 15 mins mainly cause one customer didn’t have their code, didn’t know which code was for what, she had maybe 19 items… i mean i can keep going. But the young lady was patient! When I reached the counter, which felt like eternity, I gave her my return. All I saw was piles of boxes, she said it was all from morning to then, to 2pm. There was trash can full of amazon bags, amazon boxes everywhere from all the returns, and you telling me this was a free drop off? Wow! They clean up after people, sort their things, tape their packages, scan them in and it was all free! Staples is too kind.”
“I’ve been going to this UPS Store for close to 20 years. The owner, Andy, is the best. It’s a very busy store and he handles the customers so well. The line moves fairly quickly. Andy and his people will find the best options to ship your packages. Come prepared with packages taped up or bring a $1 to pay them to tape it. A dollar is a real bargain. How many things cost that little these days. ❤️”
