GERMANTOWN OFFICE IS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. TECHNICIAN IS VERY UNFRIENDLY!!!! OFFICE IS BARE, BATHROOM TOILET WAS DIRTY NO TRASH CAN, NO WHERE TO HANG YOUR BELONGINGS . I WILL NEVER USE QUEST AGAIN!

Wish I had seen the reviews before coming to this horrible place . The lab technician is extremely rude ! Doesn’t explain anything! And tries to gaslight you ! Zero patient care !

I am very angry and sorry how the one they have there is African American, she gives me the worst service, I needed my tests, I asked her to help me and her response was just I can't, how helpless, what bad service, I hope and they change that woman, she has short hair, tall but with a bigger face, I hope and they change that woman

Came in for a simple pre-employment drug test as it was nigh impossible to set an appointment and I needed it done as early as possible. Instead of providing good customer service and professionally being respectful in how you respond about the current wait time, they basically did the opposite and I’m just sitting here with no idea if I’ll be seen today. Wish I could do without such services with unprofessional staff and just send in my result myself.
Recommendation: go to the site online and make the appointment to be served faster because walk-ins are treated terribly. If you have issues with the site like I did try getting them on the line and hope you have a better experience reaching an individual for support.

My one year old needed bloodwork and the tech didn’t even know if they could draw blood on him. The tech had a hard time finding a vein and stuck him several times. He wasn’t able to draw enough blood for the first test but then tried to fill another tube for the second test. He gave up on my son’s left arm and wanted to try the right. The second tech said that she wanted to feel for a vein before sticking him again and the first tech said that he would stick him anyway. We decided to come back another day but neither test could be completed.

The lab attendant (6/27/24) is extremely rude, caustic and had very poor bedside manners. Not only did she poke me twice without apologizing on a big vein network that was clearly there. She withdrew 2 bottles of blood for one test. I asked her why and she retorted that I shouldn’t ask her questions about her job. That this is her job and she can take any amount of blood she likes to do her job. She also left me bleeding and didn’t bandage the venipuncture site well. I told her that lab technicians usually would tell me how many bottles they are withdraw so I know what to expect. She broke all the lab safety rules. She didn’t confirm my name and DOB on the bottle and asked me to go. I let her know she’s being unkind and as a patient I can ask questions when not clear. She made a rude smack at me and walked away. I asked what African country she was from because I am African and I was trying to create a rapport with her, she rudely hissed and ignored my question. I asked her if I did anything wrong. She portrayed herself and questioned diagnostics very poorly. I hope never to encounter her again or use this site. Who employed this lady? She’s not suited for this kind of job and shouldn’t be putting patients safety at risk.

Tiffany was amazing with our daughter who is on a healing journey from a brain based illness. We wish she was available more often than once per month as she connected with our daughter and made the experience smooth and less stressful. We'd like to thank her for her wonderful beside manner, calm-nature and kindness.

The lady who was there was very helpful and acted professionally. Frankly I did not feel the pain of the needle for the injection. I even asked if she had finished. I liked that.

Coming back here at the request of my doctor reminds me of why I prefer Labcorp. They are slow and have poor customer service. I came to pick up a test kit and they didn't even know what it was. After several minutes they confirmed with someone that they had the supplies. I had to postpone my at home test because some of the inserts were missing and I had to buy from Amazon. When I returned the kit, I was there 15 minutes before they opened to drop it off and the technician made me wait for the first appointment to show up and go after that. Again, just dropping off. At the other lab, they let me mail this test in.This location is dirty and the technician wears the same gloves to touch the computer as everything else.
